We stopped here towards the end of a long day touring skye. We were met with a warm welcome despite the fact that a large party were having something to eat after a day on the mountains. Great food, value and service.

Stayed here for 4 nights over the Easter weekend. The hotel has amazing views and is located in an excellent place for hiking. The staff is very friendly and the food in the restaurant was really good. I wish I could go and stay there often, but I live far away!

Arrived with a large group, 7 of us in the hotel, 1 in the bunkhouse, 1 to camp. Discovered on arrival that the campsite was closed so no water, toilets or showers. When I let my fellow hiker use my shower I was thrown out! Do yourself a favour, stay elsewhere. Unfriendly service, indifferent food, bland rooms.

I have been visiting this area for many years. Location of the hotel is excellent. However the place is over rated, overpriced and unfriendly. Rooms are nothing to speak of. Food is just about average. Avoid if possible.
