This was the 2nd time my partner and I have stayed at Kinloch Lodge over the past 2 years. Its a beautiful gem comfortably tucked away on Loch Na Dal and is becoming our ideal escape from the city lights. From the quiet setting to the numerous crackling fires to the lovely staff, it is a complete package. The bar... More

This is our 6th or 7th hogmanay at Kinloch (we've lost count). It keeps getting better. Marcello's food is terrific and goes up a notch every time we're there; our room is perfect - tucked away with great views; and Anita's massages are so worth waiting for - I book months in advance. For me, however, it's the people that... More

Pre booked for New Years Eve with friends. Great welcome, very homely atmosphere. Food was excellent as always. Fireworks at midnight and a piper on the door. The staff could not be faulted. Meal timings were perfect and there was just about the right time between courses. Champagne after the meal as everybody mingled in the drawing room and bar... More

This was our second Christmas at Kinloch Lodge and was every bit as special as we remembered from last year. As usual, we were treated to a warm and friendly welcome, like family coming home. The lovely Isabella was there to greet us on Christmas Eve and was back again on Christmas morning with her charming sons to wish us... More

We arrived late in the afternoon after a very long day and our room felt like a piece of heaven - so warm and comfortable. Unfortunately we had to continue on our travels the next morning - we would have preferred to stay a little longer and to explore the area. Our bedroom had a view of the loch, and... More

Don't get me wrong, the staff here are lovely but we were very disappointed. We paid extra for a sea- view room that is described on the website as stylish. It's far from that. It looked like a room from my grandmothers house! And I could barely see any water from the room? Not worth the money. The bed was... More

We went to Skye for a long weekend and had two of the nights at Kinloch Lodge . The staff were great and the deluxe room was very nice with a good view ( room 5 ) which I mention as the weather from start to finish was awful and anyone staying in a room in the 'other' house had... More

We opted for dinner, bed and breakfast and were so glad we did. We were greeted with champagne whilst checking-in and were treated so well during our stay. Every detail was perfect, from the young man playing bagpipes in the grounds to call us for dinner, the canapes in the lounge and a stunning 6 course meal. The room was... More
