We stayed here as a couple for a treat on the last night of a week on Skye and the surrounding area and it did not disappoint. On arrival we were greeted with a glass of bubbly and shown to our room which was large and comfortable. The main attraction here for us though was the restaurant which quite simply... More

They need more staff - the people they have are lovely and helpful, but over worked. we stayed one night at the end of a 10 day trip planning to wrap up the vacation splurging on a luxury night of fine dining and high end accommodations. The place is lovely - views over the water, old traditional décor (think old... More

Firstly I will say that I did enjoy our two nights in the Kinloch lodge and that all the staff were amazingly lovely. The setting is out of this world with stunning views across the waters. The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom huge. The food, as expected from a Michelin starred establishment was exceptional and can be... More

This was our second time visiting Kinloch Lodge, and we brought friends this time. We both had lovely rooms again, facing the water. Highly recommend getting rooms like we did, in the "new" building, next to the main lodge. Everyone should come to Skye...it is easily one of the most beautiful places on Earth, and when you are there, if... More

We chose to elope on the beach of Loch Na Dal at Kinloch Lodge, and I do not for a second regret our choice! We felt absolutely spoiled and looked after during our stay. We were in room 19, a suite in the south lodge that overlooks the loch, and it was perfect. The bathroom is lovely and large, with... More

The hotel is a charming lodge but completely noisy. I can hear the people shutting the doors, walking in the hallway, and obviously Americans love speaking in the hallway loudly and since the hotel is 90 percent American that didn't help. I got little sleep. The staff though friendly most of them don't quite know what's going on and good... More

When in Scotland don't miss the island of Skye. Beautiful beautiful view one should not miss. A combination of different kinds of green and almost black sea. So when in Skye this is a great place to spend a day or two. Nice rooms(well furnished) and nice lounge (much too old furnished). Beautiful view. Quite. Very good restaurant (1 Michelin... More

Kinloch Lodge was everything i hoped it would be. The setting is beautiful and the views everywhere you look are outstanding. We were greeted at the check in with a lovely glass of Proseco and our reservation placed for dinner that night. Later, after finishing our wine in front of the fire,we were shown to our room. it was beautiful... More

It's very odd that the Kinloch Lodge is rated so highly here on TA. My friend and I stayed for 2 nights in room 17, a standard double room with sea view at a rate of £380/night, which included breakfast and dinner. That's quite expensive, right? Let's see if it was worth it. Location. The hotel is pretty spectacular from... More

I booked a treatment each for me and my daughters while we were on holiday. Anita was superb - so friendly and professional. And what a great massage! While we waited for each other we were brought drinks in a lovely drawing room with a roaring fire. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Thanks so much.
