We spent four nights in this comfortable guest house. Our ensuite room was light, bright and clean, and a warm welcome was extended to our dog. Helpful information about the locality is provided in each room. The friendly owner, Alison, provided lovely breakfasts with an imaginative choice of well-presented dishes, including several vegetarian options, on top of the usual fried... More

The location is about 5-8 minutes walk from the town centre. Room is clean but very small- the bathroom is extremely small! The Wi-Fi is not free, and I do not like this! The wall is very thin so you can hear other guest snoring or watching TV all night. Breakfast quality is just so so (not as good as... More

Nice wee place to stay, bit difficult to find with lots of parking (even managed to park the coach outside) could do with serving breakfast a bit earlier but that goes with the whole of Skye, nice friendly landlady, thanks for a sound sleep

Well, I've been there for just 1 night.... the place was clean, and the bathroom was big enough. Breakfast was good enough, but I still can't get really used to scottish way to have breakfast, so, I can't be a good judge.... Position: It's a bit far away from the town center (is specified in the website), but I thought... More

Everything about this place is small---the rooms, the beds, the shower, the soap. There is no common area for conversation or reading. There is no place to sit and read in the room. The walls are thin. Breakfast is perfectly adequate. There is ample parking. It's about a 15 minute walk down the hill to the center of this small... More

A nice front lawn. The host was not friendly but its ok as we didnt go there to be with the host all the... More

Stayed for just a night during July whilst touring Scotland. On arrival the host had a face on her like her pet rabbit had died. The single room was clean but very poky, not ideal for hot weather. Breakfast was good and the Romanian waitress was very friendly, two sittings when busy. Ample parking in front of bungalow. Adequate for... More

Room was okay in size and bathroom was large. But the bed was very hard and pillows lumpy, not a comfortable nights sleep. Hot water pressure in the shower was very low. Very thin walls, you could hear your neighbours. Breakfast had to be ordered the night before from a large choice however my bacon and eggs where both overcooked.... More

I was booked here through a travel tour of the Ilse of Skye, and I am so glad they picked it. The rooms are cozy and very clean, bathroom was large and clean. You order your breakfast the night before and get both your hot meal (great eggs and I love the grilled tomatoes), and you also have a large... More
