Very much enjoyed our stay(3 nights) here. Kate did everything to make us feel at home and provided us with advice on what to visit during our stay in Skye. Rooms are small but very comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was very tasty!

We stayed for two nights on Skye. We flew into Glasgow from Dublin and drove to Skye. We traveled with our son who is 14 months. Kate met us in the drive way, showed us to our room and then showed us the common area. She made diner reservations for us at the Granery (sp?) and it was a lovely... More

We stayed at Tigh Mo Chridh as a couple and two adult friends for 3 nights. Clean and comfortable B&B with good facilities such as dedicated sitting / breakfast room complete with pool table. The breakfasts were great. The host, Kate, was very enthusiastic about the Isle of Skye, and provided great advice on things to do and places to... More

As a family we have just returned from a tour of the Scottish Highlands which also included a trip over to Skye for a couple of nights as part of our tour. Having booked this some months in advance we found the price of Hotels on Skye generally speaking quite expensive during the summer months when comparing these hotels to... More

There are only 2 rooms in this B&B, so privacy, peace and quiet are guaranteed. The space is simple and beautiful. The room was quiet and very clean. The bathroom was tiny, but manageable. A very large bright living room with sofas, pool table and breakfast tables was available for guests. The breakfast was rich, tasty and more than sufficient!... More

We really enjoyed out stay here. Kate had been very accommodating, helpful and friendly, and made us feel right at home in no time. She also helped us make a dinner reservation Portree that otherwise was fully booked because we arrived late. The rooms were clean. The beds we're comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We were offered the usual English breakfast.... More

We stayed here for one night as a result of an accommodation mix up at a nearby hotel. Whilst the lady/host accommodated us at short notice we were charged £70 for one night... When we arrived we were informed that she had not had time to get food in for breakfast and as such we would have to return to... More

Somehow my original review from after our visit was deleted....so I wanted to repost. My adult daughter and I stayed for two nights in June 2013 and wish that we had stayed longer! Kate was the hostess with the mostest and Tom was our breakfast chef! The location was perfect for an Isle of Skye visit, the rooms were comfy,... More

My son and I had a wonderful time in Skye and at Tigh Mo Chridh. Kate was a fab host, fed us a great breakfast and took time to point us in the right direction with what to see and where to eat. Next year I'll take my other son and know exactly where we'll stay :)

We spent three nights at the Tigh Mo Chridh near Portree on the Isle of Skye. Katie is a delightful, informative host. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. Excellent breakfasts. The guests have a large lounge area available with a pool table, TV, and reading materials. This country B&B is centrally located to all the beautiful sights... More
