This B&B is run by Greta and her daughter, two friendly Scots who will answer any question you might have and go out of their way to help you. The rooms have all modern conveniences, look nice and are very comfortable. Great choice of breakfast options: I had full (veg) English and it was delicious. We had a fun time... More

This was the nicest B&B we've been to during our whole stay in Scotland. The family is extremely nice, the breakfast is very good, the view is beautiful and the room is very confortable. In one word : GREAT!

Stayed a couple of nights whilst exploring Kyleakin Island and the last home of Gavin Maxwell. Guest house a perfect base as we could walk into Kyleakin and on to the island via the bridge. Room was great, fabulous view and very comfortable. Breakfast also excellent. Very friendly, welcoming and spotlessly clean. Would recommend.

The rooms are very nice and you have a fantastic view from the terrace and parking lot. The Family is very friendly and gave us some recommendations for our trip around the Isle of Skye. You can walk to town in about 10 minutes

I agree with everything that has been said, we had suffered a motorbike breakdown on the way to Mo Dhachaidh and Greta and her daughter were more than helpful in a stressful situation. We would certainly stay here if we are able to visit Kyleakin again.

Lovely clean and spacious room. Fantastic shower. Super cooked breakfast, options available. Very friendly and welcoming owner and staff. Would have no hesitation returning or in recommending to others.

Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean inside and out. Mo Dhachaidh sits in an ideal location with a quiet little street at the front and a lovely garden with a seating area with great views at the rear. There are a few pubs and restaurants within walking distance which you can neither see nor hear. Very friendly family run b&b with... More

We stayed for two nights and thought it a jewel in an out of the way small village. The facilities were very high quality indeed and the breakfast was of the best. The view from the lounge and garden: WOW

We kept referring to our room at Mo Dhachaidh as home, and that’s exactly what it felt like. The rooms were all well appointed, the service impeccable but Greta and her family made it feel like home, even if it was for only a short while. There are many bed & breakfasts on Skye, but when we return, here’s where... More
