We stayed for two nights and thought it a jewel in an out of the way small village. The facilities were very high quality indeed and the breakfast was of the best. The view from the lounge and garden: WOW

We kept referring to our room at Mo Dhachaidh as home, and that’s exactly what it felt like. The rooms were all well appointed, the service impeccable but Greta and her family made it feel like home, even if it was for only a short while. There are many bed & breakfasts on Skye, but when we return, here’s where... More

This is one of the best b&b we have ever stayed in. It is spotlessly clean, with very welcoming and helpful hosts. This is how all b&b's should be run. Going forward we will measure future accomadtions against Mo Dhachaidh

Great B&B, excellent location and five star service and accommodations! Scottish hospitality at its finest! My husband and I were only able to spend two nights as we booked late and it was a holiday weekend, so be warned, book early or you risk missing out! DIscovered the best ever black pudding from Stornoway which was part of the lovely... More

We stayed here for 3 nights with our 11 month old daughter. The room was clean. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating. We loved spending our evenings on their deck enjoying the view. It was a great reflection of Scottish hospitality.

Greta Sheedy, the proprietress, is an amazing woman. Setting up a reservation for a party of 6 in three rooms is not easy, but she made the experience a pleasure, even after we added an additional day to our stay. Upon our arrival, we were impressed with the home she and her husband designed and built to accommodate guests. Mo... More

This is a superb B&B. Immaculate and finished to a very high standard. Greta and family provide a wonderful family atmosphere, are very helpful and provide good information for your stay. They strike a perfect balance of being there when you need advice, yet you can come and go as your needs require. Our room, and I doubt the others were... More

We stayed 3 nights at Mo Dhachaidh. This is a very good B&B with friendly and helpful hosts. Mo Dhachaidh offers modern and clean facilities with an excellent breakfast menu. Its location is ideal for visiting Skye and nearby mainland places of interest.

Greta and her family have pinned down what it takes to make a B&B stand out and must work very hard to maintain such high standards. The accommodation is immaculate with a top notch finish to fittings and decor throughout the bedrooms and bathrooms making it more like hotel standard. It is a very comfortable place to relax while exploring... More
