We had (what we learned the next morning) the smallest room in the hotel. As soon as we walked into the room we were beyond disappointed. It was tiny. Barely big enough for the double bed and the furniture. The bathroom looked like something from the 70s, with the wooden sauna style look; however the shower had excellent water pressure!... More

This is a very comfortable b&b. Our room was spacious, had a very comfortable bed and a huge bathroom with quite a luxurious shower. But the best part of it was the lovely view it had of the harbor. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Kyleakin is quiet, so it was a nice break from the crowds we ran into... More

A great place to stay to experience Skye. Excellent value. The lovely owner is very helpful. The washing machine, drier and fridge in the guest kitchen is an added bonus. Good breakfast. Only grumble would be the small-sized bath towels, but that could easily be rectified. Enjoyed our stay very much.

This hotel is easy to find and has parking right outside or to the rear. We paid for a superior room - and is really was! Very nicely decorated and finished. Breakfast was excellent. The owner was knowledgeable about the area and very happy to give advice. Worth a visit.

We stayed here for one night and were greeted by very friendly hosts. The room was lovely and clean but the best part were the stunning views from the bedroom and dining room. Loved the choice of lounges also. Thank you for a lovely time and breakfast was lovely!

We choose this place for one night on Skye. We did book one of the superior double rooms (Glenelg) which had very recently been renovated. The room was very large, nicely furnished and in excellent condition. The bed is huge and comfortable, the bathroom is great and the shower was to die for. Breakfast was extensive and very good. Gillian,... More

From booking the hotel, we were made to feel at home by Gillian. Service was excellent, although it was bed and breakfast. The food was very good and the room was lovely and clean and the decor good. The hotel was well situated for planning your trips around Skye.

This was perhaps the "find" of my most recent trip to Scotland. Unprepossessing from the outside, once you enter there is a magical transformation. The public areas are comfortable and spacious. The room was glorious, with a "to-die-for" view of Kyleakin's harbor and Castle Moil. Breakfast and parking were ample. Perhaps the best feature, however, was the friendliness of the... More

We stayed in the newly refurbished Glenelg room (deluxe room with harbour view). We had a picturesque view of the harbour and beyond, enhanced by the huge window. The bed was big and comfy and we also had a large TV in the room. There was access to a guest computer and printer, which was useful, and a lounge stocked... More
