My partner and I are just back from a 2 night stay here and we didn't want to leave! It's the best B&B either of us have ever been to and we'll definately be going back next year. Neil is a great host, he's very helpful and has lots of ideas for things to do. He's also a great cook... more

This is a fantastic place. Arrived to be met by Neil who showed me to my room downstairs. More a little suite with huge bathroom, and fantastic views out to the sea through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Indeed the house is designed as such that all the guest bedrooms look out onto Broadford Bay. I was served coffee and house baked... more

The house is undoubtedly the star of this stunning B and B. It is a purpose built modern building, which nevertheless fits perfectly into the surroundings. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and this gives direct access to the beach and allows a perfect view of Skye scenery from both the bedroom and bathroom. The view is even better... more

My Partner and I have just returned from a weeks’ trip to Scotland –we stayed at Tigh An Dochais for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The B&B was fantastic and ultra modern but very homely – the views from the B&B were stunning. Neil was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble – he made us feel... more

Excellent B&B. Modern, high-quality accommodation. Food very good. Neil, the owner, extremely knowledgable and helpful. Views from all rooms are outstanding. Broadford is a smallish village with not too much going on. However, there are a couple of good restaurants and pubs all nearby and providing good food. I would not hesitate to recoomend a stay at this 'top-notch' B&B. more

This was our second visit and we had a lovely stay on both occasions. The setting and outlook across the bay are lovely; the rooms are immaculate and have everything you need; the food is outstanding (we also enjoyed an evening meal this time); and the hospitality was genuine. The attention to detail is obvious and the focus is all... more

This B&B has great views, immaculate building (if noisy wooden floor), fantastic breakfast (amazing variety & all well cooked, including homemade bread and muffins, although the communal breakfast table was at first awkward and wasn't really to our liking). However, we found the host to be rather overbearing - it took at least twenty minutes to be shown every aspect... more

We found this B&B on the web and it looked so delightful that we altered our travel plans to fit in with the availability. We were not disappointed. The house has a wondefrul situation looking north from Broadford towards Raasy and the Applecross peninsula - weather permitting. Inside the house you are not deprived of the views as most of... more

This B&B was a pleasure to to visit and the view from the rooms and the public area was a delight. The owners have considered the comfort of the guest in a myriad of details and we could have happily stayed many days longer. Sweet little Jessie, the pup of the house, will want to be your friend if you... more

Three comments.Extremely noisy upstairs wooden floor, bedroomsdownstairs. Could not open patio doors as annoying dog tried to get in room. Did not expect to share a breakfast table with other guests in a four star guest house , very uncomfortable atmosphere with overbearing owner in a house without a soul. more
