Helen and Gordon provide a very friendly and perfect base for looking around Mull and Iona. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully clean and very comfortable. We appreciated the attention to detail with beautiful white bathrobes and towels, toiletries and hospitality tray which included biscuits and mints. Cannot fault the hospitality of Helen and Gordon and there inviting home. Lots of little extra touches which makes it extra special. Really clean and breakfast was excellent. We thought this place was better than home. Breakfast time was a delight; from the setting of the table to the quality of the food. The bedroom (including the bed) and bathroom are spacious. 2009 was our 5th visit and Brockville was just ideal. We thoroughly enjoy our stays with Helen, Gordon and the boys and cannot find anything to say about it that's not 100% positive. Even in somewhat 'damp' weather, the welcome is warm and friendly. Fantastic rooms and breakfasts, and always little surprises to come home to. more
