From the moment we arrived Helen made us very welcome and went the extra mile to make our stay on Mull wonderful. The room we had was lovely with a very comfortable king size bed. A lot of thought has gone into the comfort of guests and attention to detail. Everything that anyone could possibly need in a B&B has... More

We stayed four nights last week with Helen and Gordon, and from the moment we walked through the door were blown away by their lovely home and hospitality. The other reviews say it all; it is a truly wonderful B&B. Perfect. Faultless. Magical.

It's not often I get stumped for words, but it's difficult to add to the many comments describing this lovely hideaway. Helen, our hostess, has obviously put a great deal of thought into those "things" a traveller might need - but couldn't bring (e.g. a pair of quality binoculars to borrow on hikes or boat trips); she hasn't missed a... We stayed here three nights. We stayed in the upstairs room to the right. We were taken to our lovely room with king size bed, nice linens, sitting area with two comfortable chairs, good reading lights, and coffee table. Helen, the owner, helped us get settled in and brought us wine and excellent scones. Yummy! We had lovely tea and... More

The attention to detail and desire to provide only the very best make this one of the best B&Bs we've ever come across: a beautiful room, with so many thoughtful touches, high quality linen, towels, toiletries etc. We were really impressed with the 'green' credentials that Helen is achieving too. Breakfasts were smashing - we received Scottish hospitality at its... More

We have just completed a tour using eight of the most highly rated B & B s in Scotland. There is nothing that is not perfect at Brockville. Helen watches out for guests' arrival, offers a welcome drink of wine or spirits, looks after her guests impeccably and even sends an email afterwards to thank guests for coming to Brockville.... My wife and I stayed at Brockville for her birthday. The reviews don't do it justice. Helen and her family are perfect hosts, the rooms are very comfortable and spotless, food excellent, (peeled melon and tomatoes) would be impossible to fault anything. Will definitely visit again. Thank you Helen

If you are planning to start up a Guest House business then you need to visit here first to understand how it is done with 'utter perfection'! I can not describe in words the efforts the family have gone to to create a fabulous stay. What to expect during your stay: A lovely room Lots of treats, some hidden! A... More

First visit to Mull and also first visit to Brockville Bed and Breakfast. The establishment as only two rooms, both of which are en suite and very well appointed with excellent views. Firm comfortable beds ensure you have a great nights sleep. In the morning Helen prepares freshly cooked breakfasts to order from an extensive menu which rivals that of... More

My wife and I stayed with genial innkeepers Helen and Gordon a couple of weeks ago and feel compelled to join the chorus in singing their praises. Helen, who really runs the show, is a perfectionist, and she sincerely wants your stay to be the best it can be. Our room, Drimnin, was wonderfully spacious and pristine (not a mote... More
