Quite simply a wonderful place, wonderful food, good rooms (Note: this is a converted farmhouse so you aren't going to get walk-in showers etc) and helpful staff. Cannot fault it on anything. Went as part of my honeymoon and will definitely go back at some point. more

We stayed at the Calgary Hotel on the second leg of our honeymoon. We loved the informal, relaxed atmosphere, the wonderful food, and the magical setting. It was lovely to walk through the woodland (with the owner's artwork along the path) down to the beach and to have the beach all to ourselves. We would love to go back again. more

The setting of this hotel is simply magical. Calgary Bay is a fantastic beach with sparkling white sand, gently shelving for a swim. Excellent for children for sandcastle building, kite flying, cricket playing and generally splashing about.
