My sister and I were staying 8 miles away in a B&B in the Carron Valley, this was the closest pub. We arrived and thought what a lovely atmosphere there was, the staff were very helpful too. we ordered and the food arrived, the lentil soup of the day was lovely. The fish and chips was a massive portion... very... More

Turned up after a long day travelling....but the chef had to go off and they could not get a replacement....so my review is based on the fact that I couldn't get food, rather than the food itself. If fairness the chap on the bar sad very apologetic.....but I still did not get fed!

Staying nearby for a wedding and called in here for lunch. Without a shadow of a doubt the best steak and ale pie I've ever had - no gaps, completely filled with top quality steak! Micro-brewery on site too, though not many options for real ale. Good decor - quite modern. Pool table. Great value all round.

Have not been to the restaurant for at least a year as they had stopped doing midweek lunches and evening meals but we took the chance on a Friday evening recently and they are back to a seven day lunch and dinner operation. Unfortunately the menu is limited but we were told that a new summer menu is about to... More

The Fintry Inn is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy good food and company. Its perfect for a pub lunch after a walk in the beautiful area as it's dog friendly! The food was great and their staff were very friendly, we were served by a lovely young lady. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for... More

My partner and I stumbled across this pub on a drive today and it looked quaint so we decided to give it a try. We parked up and went in and it looked nice and cosy inside. There was what appeared 1 barman on to serve the full place which was relatively busy considering it was easter Monday. We weren't... More

This is the 3rd time I have visited the Inn. Just recently moved to Fintry. Food is at a very high standard and plenty on the plate as I am allergic to arty portions. Interior is very clean and well presented. All staff are very polite and courteous. They come across as being welcoming but also allow you to your... More

I would like people to know how wonderful this Inn's hospitality is. I got a knock back from a local castle regarding a special meal with my wife and our Mums. We noticed this place on the way in, and decided to give it a try. We arrived between the lunch menu finishing and the evening menu starting, but we... More

We stopped here for a pint and a bite to eat. We both had a pasty, served with salad. This was exactly the sort of thing we had been looking for and was very nice. The beer was good too and the young chap who served us could not have been more pleasant. Well worth a visit.
