Arrived with my family and had booked a family room for four. The room only had a double and single bed in it. Was then given a fold down bed in room. My parents were in a double room and had unpacked and were asked to move to another double room the exact same two doors down. The cash machine... More

Stayed at the Ivy Hotel Easter Weekend, the Manager and staff very welcoming and helpful, carried our bags to our room. Room clean and comfortable. Spent an enjoyable evening in the Hotel bar chatting to other guests and staff. Breakfast freshly made. Overall an enjoyable stay. Certainly stay there again.

On a business trip today we popped in to this hotel for a coffee. We explained that we were in a hurry and the service we received was very quick and efficient. The coffee was delicious and piping hot and was accompanied by the most amazing shortbread which we were told was made by the chef. Would be very pleased... More

Had a wonderful evening with my daughter at The Royal Hotel when we went for dinner. The service was first class, there was an amazing menu to select from and the food was superb. Highly recommend it. Had a few drinks in the bar afterwards was lovely watching the world go by as we chatted. Prefect girls night

Went for a meal at the Royal for mothers day with my family. The room was decorated beautifully and the staff were friendly and helpful. Both the food and service was excellent. Went home feeling full and content. Would recommend to anyone to go here for a meal.
