I stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago and the service was great. Everything i needed they gave to me. They were also fast and friendly about it. The rooms were very clean and the pool looked great. It is very close to restaraunts and everything you need. I would reccomend staying here for the price! more

this has to be the worst possible place to stay. yeah the rooms are newly renovated but the service here sucks.the mananger has absolutely no idea of what is going on .so good luck if you rent a room from here. more

This motel is a simple, one star property located on the outskirts of the University of Tennessee at Martin. Its convenient to the university, as well as local fast food restaurants, grocery store, and small cinema. If you find yourself in town overnight, its not a bad place to stay.
