Excellent value for the 4 night Dinner B& B package. Very helpful and efficient staff - especially in the Dining Room. The Ben Wyvis was a let-down. Unfortunately it's an all too typical story. An apparently once grand hotel left to decay and definitely in need of significantly more investment than it's currently getting. I'm sorry but painting the walls maroon and putting duvets on the beds did not make up for the dingy room whose furniture was past its best... more

Could not use main lounge due to wedding receptions. Child portions meals served, in the annex (ballroom) one broccoli flower and 3 green beans is not seasonable vegetables.
