We arrived after a long drive to see shortbread, all the essentials for a cup of tea, whisky and even a treat for our dog! The view was lovely, as was the cosy lodge. We stayed in Glen Mhor which we liked a lot. It felt very Scottish with tartan and fur around and the wood burner. Generally very impressed.... More

Jacqui and team - Thank you so much for such a beautiful relaxing holiday... We loved it. If you are considering booking Wildside it is remote (about 40 minutes through winding country lanes from Inverness) but it is LOVELY. The lodge was in a perfect position on site with nobody overlooking us, the hot tub was warm and sooooo clean... More

We have just returned as a family from our family holiday at the Wildside "Eagle Lodge" and what can I say but stunning. The lodge is more impressive than in the brochure and the hot tub, superb and classy wooden layout, cleanliness, hiigh quality and well thought out planning was exemplary. The site is breathtaking where you overlook the River... More

We had a week stopping in the Dalwhinnie lodge which is the largest of the lodges available with Hoseasons, ours was called Partridge. The lodge was spacious and maintained to a high specification and spotlessly clean. We were two couples staying and there was ample room. Only a slight criticism was that there wasn't an upstairs toilet. The staff at... More

We have just got back from a lovely week staying at Wildside with our two boys. It was well worth the 600 odd mile drive to get there. The setting is fantastic, the lodge perfect (we were in Eagle) especially the hot tub, and staff superb and very helpful. The lodges are well equipped (a few books to read might... More

Booked this lodge for 3 days but it felt far longer, absolute tranquility! Staff were lovely, helpful and care about their guests and lodges and it shows. We left the site for one day and regretted it as we were spoiled with awesome views, secluded hot tub and the sound of the river fechlin and the friendly birds and bats... More

We stayed in Argus lodge. It was fabulously clean and really beautiful. Staff on site were great too. I've given it only four stars though because of the following: We found the bed to be highly uncomfortable - the mattress seemed very tired with little support and much "roll together-ness"! Insufficient outdoor furniture for 3 (only one two-seater bench) and... More

Stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. Lodge was stunning and exceptionally clean with everything you would need. Absolutely loved watching the wildlife through the large window or even better from the hot tub! Staff very friendly and helpful. Would love to come back. Thanks a million.

Just arrived back from a weeks stay. Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Hot tub amazing as you took in the stunning scenery. Only reason I am not providing a 5 star is that the sofas were very uncomfortable, strange design as very low down and the BBQ although functional was part broken. All easily doable. Highly recommended.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that the sofa didn't suit you. If you wish to book again give me a call and I will make sure you get a lodge with a higher sofa. The BBQ was fixed as soon as the loose wheel was reported. Thanks again Jakki More

Just back from 7 days at 'Wildside' and cannot fault it for anything. We went for a quiet, peaceful holiday and that was EXACTLY what we got. Hot tub every day watching the birds, bats and the hare that 'visited'. The staff couldn't do enough to make us welcome. Jakki, Gareth & Lisa were very friendly and nothing was too... More
