We stayed here for 1 night with my Mom 4 children and Sister and Brother In Law. We had a fantastic welcome from Carol. Rooms were perfect and the beds so cosy and comfortable. We will stay again and will recommend it to anyone who wishes to have a very relaxed stay to Loch Ness. more

We stayed at Caledonian House for 1 night on our way through Scotland. The location of the B&B is great as it's very near the canal and makes it easy to walk to see anything in the town. The room was ok, but as it was near the front door it could be noisey if there were other noise people... more

We stayed at Caledonian House on 22/7/08. We were walking the Great Glen Way and stayed for 1 night. Our room was lovely. Very comfortable bed, just what we needed after a long days walk. The canal is just behind this guest house and we stayed on a very beautiful evening. Very convenient to just walk around the corner to... more

We were recommended to stay here by my wifes boss, when we were looking at other accomodation in Drumnadroichit. We are so pleased we took his advise. We stayed in the room downstairs facing the road, which did not have a view of the locks, but was a good size and had a huge bathroom. The accomodation is very homely,... more

We stayed one night in Caledonian House, and would have loved to stay longer but they were unfortunately fully booked. This B&B is rightly popular. It's clean and homely, but is also very private and feels more like you're staying in a guesthouse rather than in someone's spare room, which we liked. The best bits? The fresh flowers in our... more

We stayed here on 26 & 27 June 2007, we found our room, which had a fantastic view of the staircase of locks really nice and very tastefully decorated. Although our double room was quite small, we had been informed of this on booking ( we requested the room with a view of the locks ) and there is no... more

Stayed at this property whilst touring the scottish highlands. Hosts are very welcoming, and a very comfortable room. House is in a nice quiet spot, but within a couple of minutes walk to the shops, pubs, etc. A lovely breakfast and good information on areas to tour, roads to take, etc. Highly recommend Caledonian House for an enjoyable stay. more
