From the moment we arrived the service was top notch nothing was too much trouble. The decor is really nice and the open log fire adds a great touch. We booked via booking.com and had a great deal. The food was out of this world and the presentation was outstanding. The room itself was very comfortable with a huge wardrobe... More

We stayed here for a quick one night stay when traveling up to the North of Scotland. Found the hotel on a travel site with a good deal. A warm welcome awaited us on arrival, the room was a little dated and the water works in the bathroom were very loud. However I could look past that as it was... More

Our stay was with 2 teenagers in a family suite. Rooms were lovely with a view of the Loch. Stayed for both dinner and breakfast which was fantastic with generous servings. The hosts were friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. We were mad to feel welcome and cosy. Definitely will look to return on our next trip to Scotland.

Me and my wife had great time here for Christmas. Great hotel, fantastic views, excellent food (gluten free for my wife) and friendly staff. Was warm and welcoming on our arrival and throughout. Great walks to the Loch and through the forrests to investigate, with Loch Ness right in your face and in times of calm a real chance of... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming former hunting lodge. The staff were delightful and our bed was enormous in the ness room. A lovely hotel. The view from the room was stunning and therr are plenty of beautiful walks from the hotel.

Our family of 6 headed to the hotel for a short break the weekend before Christmas. What an absolutely fantastic place. The hotel looked wonderfully Christmassy and provided a very authentic Scottish stay. The managers were extremely welcoming and bent over backwards to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as they could. We were travelling with three children, Which can... More

Travelled to The Inch during November and had the best time. The hotel was beautiful and the food.... oh the food... it was amazing. John the chef sure knows his way around the kitchen. I'm gluten free and vegan and it was THE BEST food I've had whilst staying in a hotel. This includes NYC, Florida, London and the rest... More

We went to the Inch 17 months ago and had a dismal time, I am writing a review now because I wrote a four page letter immediately I got back and have had no response. I sent another letter and that got no reply either. I tried to be constructive and praise the things which were good, but I was... More

I stayed at The Inch in October while traveling on business. I was delighted with the hotel- really traditional, beautifully decorated and unbelievable views out over the Loch. The helpful staff were lovely- happy to recommend somewhere for dinner in the village, and biking routes around and about the area. I ate dinner at the hotel twice, and as the... More

The Inch is perfectly situated with beautiful surroundings. It overlooks Loch Ness and is only a few minutes from shops, restaurants etc. The staff are outstanding and offer a first class service. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They are efficient, warm and friendly. As for the food....it's incredible! I was so impressed - all made from scratch using locally... More
