Travelled to The Inch during November and had the best time. The hotel was beautiful and the food.... oh the food... it was amazing. John the chef sure knows his way around the kitchen. I'm gluten free and vegan and it was THE BEST food I've had whilst staying in a hotel. This includes NYC, Florida, London and the rest... More

We went to the Inch 17 months ago and had a dismal time, I am writing a review now because I wrote a four page letter immediately I got back and have had no response. I sent another letter and that got no reply either. I tried to be constructive and praise the things which were good, but I was... More

I stayed at The Inch in October while traveling on business. I was delighted with the hotel- really traditional, beautifully decorated and unbelievable views out over the Loch. The helpful staff were lovely- happy to recommend somewhere for dinner in the village, and biking routes around and about the area. I ate dinner at the hotel twice, and as the... More

The Inch is perfectly situated with beautiful surroundings. It overlooks Loch Ness and is only a few minutes from shops, restaurants etc. The staff are outstanding and offer a first class service. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They are efficient, warm and friendly. As for the food....it's incredible! I was so impressed - all made from scratch using locally... More

A significant amount of research went into planning our 20th wedding anniversary celebration in The Highlands, and we selected The Suite at the Inch because of it's documented facilities and for the publicised "unrivalled" views of Loch Ness. This was a trip that was several months in the planning.... Regrettably for us, it wasn't to be......upon arrival at the hotel... More

Dear Guest, Firstly I would like to apologise once again as I do believe we could have avoided the upset you and your wife were caused. I would like to rectify a couple of points in your review; Although you chose to assume it was a “Corporate Client” it was a Charity Event the hotel was hosting. As you also... More

My husband and I stayed at the Inch hotel while visiting the famous Loch Ness. The room was tiny, but had a view of the loch (so we could keep an eye out for Nessie)! It was a pleasant walk from the hotel to the town where we took a speed boat trip up the loch for a closer look.... More

stayed here for a quick autumn break on our way to the highlands, for just the one night. Good location but car is essential, some nice walks around, great breakfast. Room lacked central heating, but was warm enough. Hot water was a bit of an issue and bathroom could do with an update, but other than that perfect.

Just returned from a two day break at The Insch. The welcome we received from the staff was exceptional. They couldn't do enough for us. Our room was comfortable and very clean, although basic. The food was amazing and the chef went out of his way to provide a meal for us which was not on the menu. This is... More

Called in for a quiet ale and had a very pleasant chat with the proprietors. Decided to stay for the night and very glad that we did. The company was really good, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent dinner and breakfast. They really made us feel at home, even though we live on the other side of the planet. Well... More

We stayed one night in October 2014 and were totally charmed by the atmosphere and the staff of t his hotel. Our room was very nice and comfortable, but nothing spectacular (the only reason not to give a 5 bullet rating), but it was very good, with a nice view of the loch and pasture in front of the hotel,...
