Stayed for two nights in a twin room with my daughter, had private shower room just across the hall. Caroline and Andy were very friendly and helpfull. Back garden was lovely and relaxing with plenty of wildlife and the addition of BBQ hut that was avialable for use for a small fee. Plenty of choice for breakfast, can recommend the... More

This was a great place to stay! Room was clean with an ensuite bath, and comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious in a very cute dining area -- the scottish pancakes were yummy and there were homemade jams to try which were quite tasty as well. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, and accommodated our late arrival with no problems.... More

Very clean and warm welcome. We had booked a double bed with a private bathroom. We got a private bathroom but had to dress to use it along a small corridor. As for the bed, more three quarter size with a double mattress protector on top so I fell out a couple of times. The frame also squeaked every time... More

I feel this review is somewhat unfair as you booked a small double with private shower room and this is exactly what you got. The room has a slightly smaller double bed and the shower room is across the hallway, private facilities means that it is not in the room like an en-suite. This information is all very clear on... We stayed overnight on a Saturday through a 2-day trip to the Highlands. Caroline and Andy were more than happy to help with any request and provided a great accommodation to us. We 're a family of three and we were a bit worried how our 2 1/2 year old daughter would sleep away from home but the travel cot... More

The owners were so friendly and could not be more helpful and the good reviews they receive are justified. Our room was tidy and clean with ensuite, TV, tea/coffee/water provided and we had lots of information about local attractions. Fort Augustus is a charming little town with good restaurants, lovely views and interesting locks in its centre. Breakfast was delicious... More

Glad you enjoyed your stay. We are pleased to report that the trees are full of tiny plums and apples and the blackberries are growing promising a very good harvest and lots of new jam for next year. More

We stayed here one night on a tour of Scotland. The room was smallish but clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly. Breakfast was good with a scrambled eggs and smoked salmon option that was a welcome change from the usual. The town of Fort Augustus is very attractive and our dinner of fish and chips from the local chippie by... More

We stayed at Corrie Liath for a week and had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities required plus more. We found it to be well located halfway between Inverness and Fort William, making sightseeing easy and enjoyable. A short walk into the village and we enjoyed a boat ride on the Loch... More
