Soothes the soul sitting beside the loch at twilight an winter and hearing, an the space of an hour, a duck. No cars, no drunks, no noise. The background noise of everyday life was gone. When it got too cold I went upstairs to the beautiful apartment we were staying in, snuggled down and slept like I haven't for ages.... More

We stayed in one of the apartments for several days while traveling through the Highlands and enjoyed it very much. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with plenty of extra linens, an electric kettle and teas, and full kitchen. It is situated right on the banks of Loch Ness, providing beautiful views of the Loch. Pros: It is easy walking... More

This is a beautifully furnished and well-equipped 2 bedroom apartment in the most amazing conversion of a former abbey/school. We received a warm welcome on arrival, and were particularly grateful for the starter pack of milk, shortbread, tea and wine which helped to revive us following our long journey from London. The apartment had everything we could wish for -... More

This is our second visit - we stayed in Glendoe Old School 10 which overlooks a grassed area with football nets which our son enjoyed playing on, over to the Caledonian canal. This apartment is very tastefully decorated, very comfortable and has everything you could need, the owners have put a lot of thought into it. It also has wifi-... More

We stayed in the Glendoe Oldschool part of the Higland Club and had an excellent holiday. We were a family of 4 (2 small children) and the apartment was just the right size. Well equipped kitchen and great bedrooms and living area. Good views over the grounds and mountains. The Highland club is right on the edge of Loch Ness... More
