A storm had us making a stop in Manchester. Headed north, needed gas, and numerous long haul drivers told us to "Stay put!". We went 500 feet and pulled into The Scottish Inn. Make sure you have an extra pillow. 2 people get one. Bring your own shampoo. Bring your own ice. They don't have any, so we were told.... More

Stopped because of a pending snow storm. DO NOT, DO NOT STAY HERE. Dirty, no weather striping on the door. Told desk clerk and she gave me a towel to put in the door jam. Also ice machine did not work. She said froze up. No even freezing outside. Asked for extra pillows. Gave me one, said that is all... More

Welcome to the Motel Ratchet... Prepare to enter the twilight zone. This place is a dump, the crap i took this morning was more pleasent. Beds have no frames, they are on wooden boxes. And slant. The bathroom was dusty and they kindly provided me with a used bar of soap sitting in the corner of the tub. Also watch... More

This place is horrible, it smells, is musty and the foundation is bad. Our floor dipped down in the middle and we were on the 2nd floor. There are weird residents that live at this craphole! They advertise 36.99 for a room but i ended up paying $58 after tax. This place is gross and uncomfortable, do not stay here.... More

We pulled in here after seeing the pricing on all the billboards along the interstate. We didn't need anything wonderful for a night's sleep but we expected more than we received. Firstly, the price by the time they added a weekend surcharge and another person was over $50 including tax. The bed was comfortable but with old bed linen and... More

After seeing their signage on the interstate and flashing in big bright colorful led lighting in front of the establishment that a room was $36.99 we decided to grab some shut eye here. Inside, however, the price was $12 more. When I inquired why the difference from what is flashing out front, I was told because it was the weekend.... More

Here this time in summer so flowers were around. Pool open and clean. Parking lot clean. This motel is older with some wear showing. Still, everything was clean and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable. Nice chair in the room. For the price it really was a deal. We had a minor problem and it was handled with sincerity. Sheryl... More

I intended to stay at the quality inn nearby, but I couldn't get choice privileges to honor the hotels promotional price (for a promotion), so I stayed here instead, using a coupon in a book at a gas station.the fact that they have the entire city police depts. pictures on a promotional calendar behind the desk, was a bit disconcerting,... We were passing thru on our way home from spring break and there were no rooms available at any of the other hotels in town so we were forced to stay here. I think they overcharged because they knew we and all the other travelers there were stuck with no other choice. The beds were actually okay and comfortable, but... More
