We pulled in here after seeing the pricing on all the billboards along the interstate. We didn't need anything wonderful for a night's sleep but we expected more than we received. Firstly, the price by the time they added a weekend surcharge and another person was over $50 including tax. The bed was comfortable but with old bed linen and... More

After seeing their signage on the interstate and flashing in big bright colorful led lighting in front of the establishment that a room was $36.99 we decided to grab some shut eye here. Inside, however, the price was $12 more. When I inquired why the difference from what is flashing out front, I was told because it was the weekend.... More

Here this time in summer so flowers were around. Pool open and clean. Parking lot clean. This motel is older with some wear showing. Still, everything was clean and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable. Nice chair in the room. For the price it really was a deal. We had a minor problem and it was handled with sincerity. Sheryl... More

I intended to stay at the quality inn nearby, but I couldn't get choice privileges to honor the hotels promotional price (for a promotion), so I stayed here instead, using a coupon in a book at a gas station.the fact that they have the entire city police depts. pictures on a promotional calendar behind the desk, was a bit disconcerting,... We were passing thru on our way home from spring break and there were no rooms available at any of the other hotels in town so we were forced to stay here. I think they overcharged because they knew we and all the other travelers there were stuck with no other choice. The beds were actually okay and comfortable, but... More

After leaving the motel 6 across the street due to TWO rooms we were given not being cleaned yet (beds not made, McDonald's on the table) we went across to the Scottish in. The lobby smells like smoke, but the lady was nice. We were given room 107. The floors we giving in the bathroom fan made an awful screeching... More

Checked in & paid for room. Sign said you had 10 minutes to get a refund...that should have sent us running but...very late & very tired! Room smelled so bad we went right back for refund....she charged room a 2nd time instead of refunding...argued that she did not when in fact she had. She called another person in who had... More

I would advise whoever is thinking of staying here to not to do it. It is nasty, filthy, disgusting, found a cockroach in the bathroom and they were not even going to refund my money at first, The women working the 2nd night was very rude to my daughter when she ask for a refund. They are way to much for... More

After our reservation was not honored at the Quality Inn nearby, since it was 10pm we were directed to stay here for the night. Big mistake -- dirty outside the room, disrepair inside the room. I'd avoid this whole town for lodging if possible. Murphreesboro is 20 miles north of here, Chattanooga about an hour southeast.
