Very welcoming small hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable. Owners undertake most of work, food, bar etc. Good food, well situated for trip up east coast of Scotland. Very quiet location with sea/beach frontage and next to golf course. Note this hotel closes for winter.

This small hotel is situated next to the Golspie golf course right on the shore. It is modern and really not well publicized. The hosts were very helpful and flexible when we requested our meals. The evening meal was excellent and exceeded expectations. The position of the hotel allowed us a brisk walk along the beach which was a bonus.... More

The small hotel is beautifully developed with beautiful modern rooms and dining/bar areas. Lovely surroundings next to beach and in a quiet cul-de-sac. Luxury twin was beautifully modernised and very comfortable. Reasonably priced, but not excessive. BUT: (1) No hot water at all in basin during entire first day, although promised as ample although "slow in heating up"; there is... More

Immaculately clean accommodation. Bar & restaurant facilities. Evening food very basic but edible. Good choice of breakfast. Fantastic views and right on seafront with nice walks. Pleasant owners. On site parking.

Lovely couple, lovely hotel lounge, dining room and bar. IT STOPS THERE! Breakfast s fine evening meals seem to be frozen scam pie out of a pack from supermarket, same with the chips with a bit of salad which seemed to only include lettuce cucumber and one little tomatoe !? The room cost £82 or £83 to include breakfast. Drinks... More

In this lovely stone building, runs a so so B&B. Our experience was rather cold in every way, but with an excellent view. We arrived late at night and were greeted by gentleman with a permanent smile. He showed us around and we then started to unpack in our extremely frozen room, so we turned heat on and decided exhausted... More

The hotel is located just a few yards from the beach very secluded with a great outlook. The building is very old.. Richard and Linda are good hosts. The bar has over 200 malt whisky's on offer with some being distilled by closed down distilleries

Excelelnt location for this bed and breakfast with stunning beach and sea views. Room was very comfortable although would have preferred a softer mattress. Nice bar with a good whisky selecton and comfortable lounge to sit in. Disappointed with the food in the evening, obviously out the freezer, I prefer fresh food and this area idel for fresh sea food.... More
