food.....7/10 staff.....6/10 (helpful but inexperienced) arrival..2/10, table in bar, no privacy, no individual attention room...1/10 expect a lot more, even for a standard room, makes a Travel Lodge seem exoctic. Definately oversold in the annex section, which is the majority of the hotel, will not be going back! more
