The hospitality of the owners absolutely makes The Millers House, and we love to stay in their beautiful home. Recommended to us by our son some years ago, every visit without exception has been a joy, from the warm welcome from Jim Weir, to the stylish, comfortable rooms with crisp fresh linens, comfortable armchairs and sofas, modern, beautiful bathrooms with... What a way to spend our last night before heading home to Australia. The Accommodation at The Millers Guesthouse was outstanding - very spacious, comfortable, everything you need and more. Breakfast perfect, Hosts marvellous - the way they greet you, assist with a good local Restaurant and ideas of things to see and do. Location is perfect for Glasgow Airport... More

Well what can I say, probably the most intimate stylish guest house I have ever stayed in, if Carlsberg did B & B`s this would be their finest by a country mile, situated in a beautiful rural setting yet within easy reach of Glasgow International Airport. If you do get a chance to stay here in the future, please believe... More

You will have a wonderful stay here. The house is charming, the beds and room very comfortable, the bathroom is great, the breakfast was delicious and the setting is superb. Really can't fault it. The owners are charming and hospitable and have an equally charming dog. I've spent a lot more money for a lot less quality and enjoyment. They... More

I cannot speak highly enough of the hospitality & comfort I enjoyed whilst staying at Millers from the owners and Michael & Jim. Without hesitation would I recommend this accommodation to anyone be it for a business trip, or just a quiet few days away this property is absolutely stunning, a true gem. For me staying at Millers was more... More

The first view is breath taking, a beautiful guesthouse tucked away in a stunning setting. Having read the previous reviews everyone has got it spot on! Our bedroon over looked the back garden, shutters at the window gave us privacy but allowed the light in. The bed was large and very comfortable, the sitting room was nice to sit and... More

We arrived on a very cold afternoon late March to a lovely warm welcome from our hosts Mick and Jim and an equally warm and comfortable bedroom together with sitting room. It is a lovely place to stay, near enough to Glasgow to be convenient yet it seemed to be in the middle of the countryside with rural views and... More

We recently stayed at The Millers for three nights and found the experience just wonderful. What an outstandingly beautiful place! Our accommodation consisted of a very lovely bedroom and our own stunning lounge upstairs, plus a state of the art bathroom. Breakfast was very, very good. The grounds were superb, emerald green and bluebells and we could walk quite a... More

What a joy to be somewhere, where the reviews match the reality of the experience , true to word. The host Jim & Mick were most attentive but also respecful of stepping back to give you your owm privacy. Having your own private sitting room was a real bonus. Everyhting is of the best quality, had a picture in my... More

We stayed for 2 nights in the lorimer suite. The house is tastefully decorated and full of an eclectic mix of treasures and art works. The hosts, Jim and Mic and their lovely dog Reuben, made us feel really welcome and we felt like we were staying with friends. We were in the area for a wedding, and Jim and... More
