Staff were very friendly, Lovely girl at check in, Very Helpful! Room was nice "stain on carpet" but was overall very clean and comfortable. We stayed at the Purple Hotel for four nights in August. Family group of 8 divided over 3 rooms. Given the pricing, quality of accommodations and service I feel it was excellent value for the money. Although a little tricky to find as this hotel is in an industrial estate, it is just next to the M8 and the Braehead Shopping Centre. Once we knew where it was it was easy. Parking is no problem with plenty spaces right next to the hotel - including disability and ladies only. The staff could not have been more... more

Having ended up in Glasgow visiting a relative at the Southern General Hospital, I ended up at this hotel. I followed signs to Braehead from the hospital, and found the hotel in the middle of a large clearing, obviously under development.
