Walking around the lake is the most fantastic thing you can do there. It brings you a lot of impressions, plus you can see birds as close as you can approach. Surrounded by innocent nature, you are getting deep into beautiful world of the Lake. Worth a visit.

We have been many times but never at this time of year. We saw a pine marten, barn owl and Roe deer onsite. We were graced with excellent weather and we'll always try to go in July in the future. We always stay in the same chalet, and the only real complaint is the mattress on the bed, and the... More

We stayed in chalet 19 for our sister's 50th Birthday. The chalets are well set out and comfortable and we were able to eat al fresco every day as the outside deck was covered. The loch is surrounded by lovely mature trees which obscure some of the loch views from the chalet but there is a walk around the loch... More

We just came back from four nights in this beautiful part of Scotland. We stayed in Lodge nr 3 with our two kids (5 and 1). We loved the look of the wooden cabin on the outside a deck with chairs, a picnic table and a BBQ pit. Grass all around for running round. A wee pine forest in front... More

We have just returned from another wonderful stay at Loch Monzievard. We stayed in conifer lodge no5. This lodge has an open deck stepping down on to the large grass area and has the burn running down the side, giving a secluded feel and of course a view of the loch. The Lodge has everything you need for your stay... More

We stayed here Monday - Friday in April in lodge #19 aka Lesley and we had a great week. Grandparents, parents and children all had a good time. The lodge itself is not luxurious but not basic by any means. Main bedroom with double bed and ensuite, nice room but the bed wasn't comfortable (but we are used to a... More
