I stayed here with a friend as part of a motor biking trip. We had a minor problem with one of the bikes and Nigel had no hesitation in calling a local contact to get it fixed. As a result we couldn't go out to eat, but Nigel and Stella happily enabled us to use the dining room to eat... More

We had an excellent 3 night stay here while between houses. It was lovely to come to such welcoming, friendly and very clean and comfortable accommodation. Our dogs were made to feel at home and enjoyed their biscuits from the gorgeous host dogs. We loved Stella's home baking. All the food was good, I particularly liked the home made granola.... More

After checking out the house where my husband was born and paying our respects to his Grandfather in Muthill, we continued on to Crieff and our B & B for a two night say. We were made most welcome by Nigel and the dogs and it was great to see the hens out and about in their own part of... More

Doug & June, Many thanks for your great review, so pleased that your visit to your childhood home went well! The hens seem to have more of the garden than we do... All worth it though for the lovely eggs! Glad you enjoyed our Perthshire Breakfast especially the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toasted muffin! Nigel & Stella More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights with our 11 month old daughter Ellie. The owners went above and beyond to make all three of us feel welcome and comfortable. The owners even gave us their grandsons toys and looked after Ellie while we finished off our breakfast! The room was pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty... More

Lynne, It was a real pleasure having your family to stay including Ellie's doting grandparents. We can really understand why they travelled so far to spend some time with their granddaughter! She was certainly the star attraction at breakfast time and so well behaved... Stella loved having a wee sneaky hold of Ellie as practise for when our new granddaughter... More

This was my second visit to Galvelbeg House and as before I was made very welcome and the attention to detail was superb. Spotless rooms, great breakfast, top location and all at a very reasonable price. Nigel and his wife have rightly earned themselves an excellent reputation. This is how all B & B's should be run. Well done indeed.

I was welcomed and shown to my room and also given details of breakfast times etc. My room was quite spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was also superb and served with a smile. I'll be... More

Our visit started with a genuinely warm welcome. The room was really nice, there was a wealth of information available to consult and Nigel was on hand to provide useful advice. The breakfast was good too and even the dogs got one!
