The Scottish weather is often gray and gloomy, and this hotel echoed it. Greeny grey walls and curtains and dim lighting (energy saving bulbs?). Depressing experience. We stayed at this hotel for a golfing/spa break. It is a really nice hotel, the room we had came with spectacular views but a few things let it down.
