Restaurant/bar hasn't been open for three years. Heard from people in Aberfeldy that new owners have taken over but have not done any upkeep or renos to the building. Beds were clean, also bathroom was adequate, although there was no soap for the shower and we had to search out towels down the hall.....The kettle leaked and TV didn't work.... More

Rather expensive at 75 pounds for a room with no breakfast, no working tv or WiFi and no tea and coffee making facilities and a knackered old bed with the springs sticking up a bit. It was extra for my dog to stay which we were initially over charged for and when we did finally manage to get hold of... More

A group of us popped in here after hillwalking nearby and loved the place. Their focus is currently for hotel guests so they were not really set up to cater for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is wonderfully set up though. They had a nice round table for playing cards, a chess board was set... More

Came here for a weekend with a big bunch of guys and it was perfect for our purposes. A lovely big wood panelled main room, with lots of little nooks and crannies and a big roaring fire {very necessary, even in May!}. At time of our stay there was no alcohol license, which again suited us as we were self-catering... More

A very nice place to stay. Peter, the owner is very friendly and helpfull. He gave us the weather forcasts and advised to visit some spiritual places. In the neighbourhood is very much to see, like stonecircles, Schiehallion mountain, Ben Lawers, The Glen Lyon, Praying hand of Mary stones etc.. You can easily stay here for a week. Also Dominique... I realised after booking that the £80 I'd paid for a double room did not include breakfast, which turned what seemed a reasonable price into poor value compared to a B&B - but as we needed a room in the area and we'd left it late to book, there wasn't much alternative. However, it didn't live up to even modest... More

We were a group of 18 guys from 3 different countries looking for a venue in the highlands for a weekend. A place where we could bring music instruments and play well into the small hours (as we were the only group there that weekend) and not disturb anyone sleeping or the neighbours. Also a place where during the day... More

My mum booked this hotel as a treat for my birthday as we were going hill walking around the area, reading the reviews before we went we understood that the hotel would be a little different but with the price of £95 for a twin room for one night we were expecting a lot more than what we received! When... More

The Weem Inn, which confusingly is called the Aberfeldy Weem Hotel in big letters on the outside, has recently been bought by someone who runs a bicycle tour business. I was told when I booked that is was self catering, but it was cheap and would take my dog, so I booked. It is a biggish place (16 rooms I... More

At the begging, we were about to stay just one night at The Weem Inn but we were so happy & 'feeling at home' here that we stayed for the entire week !! The atmosphere is warm with a roaring open fire, plenty of firewood stored everywhere by two owners, Peter and John, two adorable men! John was really nice... More
