We only had lunch here and loved it. We sat outside on the decking with our dogs and had a couple of pints of real ale and a lovely lunch. Some places in this region are very restrictive about serving times of meals (which is frustrating in this day and age) but The Ben Lawers does delightful snacks/meals all day.... more

Ben Lawers Hotel is really more of a small rural Inn and as such makes no pretence at being 'boutique'. We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay here in July. The rooms are small but clean and have everything you need. The food was great and the staff friendly and helpful. It is in a beautiful location and a great spot to base yourself for hiking, fishing or exploring distilleries. Would definitely go back. more

This little hotel pops up out of nowhere as you drive along the northern side of Loch Tay. We booked it because of its isolation and the appeal of its menu as shown on the hotel website.
