A lovely welcome and spotless, comfortable and attractively furnished bedroom and public rooms with lovely extras already mentioned by other reviewers. You get the feeling that this is a labour of love by the owners. A very pretty place and our room looked out onto a flowering cherry in full blossom. The location in the town centre is a big... More

Richard and Jenny were such lovely hosts, and attended to all our needs. They served us a delicious breakfast each morning, and tea and cake on arrival. The Aberfeldy whiskey in the room was a great and original touch.

We started our trip in Newcastle and arrived in Aberfeldy just before the rain was pouring. The welcome was very warm and we were offered tea and coffee, which was served with delicoius cake. The rooms were well equipped with very nice beds, coffe/ttea making, tv etc. Also there was some whisky in the room for tasting, never seen that... More

Lovely b and b, excellent hosts who offered and provided complimentary tea on arrival. There was every attention to detail in beautiful appointed rooms and ensuite. Lovely homemade biscuits and fudge in room and also a nip of local whisky. Have been before and will return. E.J and G

My husband & I stayed for a week at the Coach House which is a fabulous cottage in the garden grounds of Rose Cottage. Every possible thing you could think of was provided by the owners, fresh scones, jam, butter, a wee dram, Bog Myrtle hand soap & cream, lovely soft towels, every utensil you could think of - I... I've written about this place before and I'm delighted to have stayed here once again. We were made so welcome - just like coming home! Once again we were treated to the delights of home baking in the lounge on arrival, and a stunning breakfast before leaving the following morning. The room we had (again) - and wee dram -... More

We stayed 13 days at Rose Cottage and we just wanted to stay even longer. Jenny and Richard are excellent hosts. Our room was very cosy with a comfortable bed. We were pampered by Aberfeldy Whisky and homemade shortbread. Not to forget the homemade yoghurt and the fruit compote. Also the freshly laid eggs are from their own hens. The... More

We stayed one night at Rose Cottage whilst travelling through Scotland. I could have stayed much longer. The owners have put a great deal of thought, time and investment in ensuring a high quality experience for their guests. Richard and Jenny are both personable, providing tea and cake on our arrival, but manage to strike a perfect balance in their... More
