I have stayed at many hotels across Britain but never have I had the misfortune to stay in one as diabolical as this. Threadbare blankets; 1960's furnishings; a pervading smell of mothballs and a welcome that Basil Fawlty would consider was lacking congeniality were all available for the princely sum of £90 for a double room. more
