The old Rectory in Largs,North Ayrshire,is a lovely relaxing place to stay and base yourself for a while. It is home from home, very welcoming, with great sea views and location onto the Sea front. The Breakfasts are amazing, lovely fresh ingredients locally sourced and enough to Keep you going for most of the day. Largs is a lovely seaside resort with a... More

Stayed five nights in this delightful bed and breakfast. Fiona was very welcoming, has a lovely home which is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Airy room, good quality bed linens and wonderful sea views. Breakfast was equally good, from a full Scottish to sublime scrambled eggs and so nice to have fresh berries and creamy yogurt. Would thoroughly recommend a... More

Fiona was a perfect host. Made very welcome. House is full of period furnishings, unique. We stayed in the double room at the front with fantastic sea views. There were lovely touches in the room as in bottled water, dressing gowns, complimentary toiletries. We had a good nights sleep as in a comfortable bed and very quite. Delicious cooked breakfast... A great place to stay. We, two couples, stayed in the front two double and twin rooms with fantastic views to the jetty and the Clyde estuary to Great Cumbrae. A very hospitable and welcoming landlady. Everything was spotlessly clean and the rooms were well appointed with ensuite facilities. Breakfasts were generous and delicious.

Lovely lady, lovely house and honey comb on the table for breakfast. What more could you ask for? we arrived on the bikes soaked and dripping wet. We were provided with a warm room with a hot air heater. I would unreservedly recommend it.

Spent two nights at this lovely period property and was greeted by the friendly owner. The bedroom was very comfortable and well appointed . A full breakfast was served in the period dinning room and was excellent . The bedrooms at the front had sea views. Well worth a visit.

Great place to stay, try to get room with sea view. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We have stayed here several times and it is first place we consider when looking for accommodation in the Largs area. Breakfasts are very good and Fiona is a great host.

Spent a couple of nights at this small but excellent B and B. It is a most beautiful Victorian house with many period features. We had a nice room overlooking the bay watching the ferries back and forth to Milport. It is just a pleasant walk from the centre of town along the front - 5 mins at most. Excellent... More
