Me and my boyfriend stayed there couple of weeks ago and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and tidy, the hotel staff were really helpful. Although, we managed to miss our breakfast because we were not sure about the exact breakfast time - the hotel staff were more than happy to provide it to us.

We stayed at the Burlington Hotel for two nights. We booked a room with seaview, the hotel is just across the road from the beach. Our room was at the second floor and quite small for two person with baggage. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices of cereals and cooked breakfast as well. Staff is friendly and helpful

Visited for a family dinner & all really enjoyed the meal. Good sized portions, well presented, varied menu to suit all tastes & a child's menu as well. Compliments to Duncan, the chef, your food was delicious! Thanks also to Brian for his courteous & friendly service. Would recommend the Burlington for a meal or stay. We will definitely be back!

We visited the Burlington to have a family meal. The food was absolutely delicious and very well presented. There was 8 of us and the restaurant cater well for our party and the service was great. The setting was relaxing and the menu choice was really good. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel for a meal and will definitely... More

We stayed here for three nights and most of the time the weather was horrendous, so we were glad to come back to a warm, comfortable hotel at the end of each day. Staff were extremely friendly, especially the manager/chef (Duncan, I believe) who went above and beyond to make us welcome and give us superb meals. We both thought... More

Very comfortable guest house with wonderful (and generous portions of) food. Great location and the staff were fabulous, very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Would definitely go there again and happily recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a quieter part of Arran. No lift at the guest house so you need to be mobile to... More

We had a very good dinner here. The couple runs the hotel only since lately, so this is still an insider tip. The food is freshly made, great meat and delicious salads. The Cook combines traditional scottish recipes with refreshing individual accents. Beautiful seaview with the changing evening light included!

Apparently the Burlington is under new management, and while it was a good place to stay, I think the folk running it are still trying to get organised. Check-in and check-out were a bit sluggish, with staff not really knowing what to do, and having to seek advice. My room was fine, and the bathroom had a bath, which was... More

The hotel is nicely located in front of the seashore and in a nice quaint building. The rooms are a bit small and old fashioned (old electric heater and very old kettle) and the only common areas are the bar and the dining room, and in my room one could hear a very loud noise when the kitchen ventilator was...
