a lovely place run by Jean & Andi, very familiar, we experienced a warm welcome and stay, due to our late booking we had to Switch rooms inbetween which we didn't mind as we got another close look at the lodge, both rooms were very clean, with nice bathrooms and nicely decorated, we felt very much at home. we loved... We had a wonderful time staying with Jean and Andy at Kincardine. The hot breakfasts were incredible, with all the Scottish favorites. Really nice rooms and a great guest lounge with lots of interesting books and maps. Jean and Andy really went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. We also really enjoyed Lochranza which is... More

We received a warm welcome to this beautiful house from Andy and Jean who are friendly and helpful hosts. The room was clean and warm with comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious if a slightly long time coming, if you want to get a quick start it might be worth mentioning when you agree your breakfast time.

Kincardine proved to be everything you could want from a B&B. It was spotlessly clean yet comfortable and welcoming with all our needs catered for, good showers in the en-suites and tea/coffee making facilities and televisions in the rooms. Televisions weren't needed though as the views across the bay from our second floor rooms were spectacular and entertaining, watching the... More

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the Kincardine Lodge. As others have said, Andy and Jean are welcoming hosts who helped us feel at home. We stayed in the attic apartment and enjoyed pleasant breezes at night and a delicious cooked breakfast the next morning!

The friendliness of the hosts made this a special place to stay. My friend and i got our own little appartment up in the attic of the house. We loved coming down however to sit in the lounge with wonderful sea view and the smell of fresh lillies coming from the hallway. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits. Breakfast might... More

Jean and Andy have a lovely B&B. The spacious rooms we had on the second floor were both very clean and each ensuite facilities. Good views over the bay and very peaceful. We are travelling as a couple and 1 single and although we needed to pay the usual single supplement for what was a twin room it was well... More

We stayed here towards the end of our recent Land's End to John O'Groats bike ride. The hosts were extremely welcoming and very friendly. The rooms are a good size and the house itself is beautiful, retaining a lot of original features. Worth mentioning that the rooms aren't en suite, which wasn't a problem for us but useful to know...
