A short stay here, however loved every minute. From the moment we phoned to book, Angela and Robbie were great, helped us book dates that suited us all - we left it to the last minute to book! In addition prior to arriving, emailed us advice about Arran and things to do which came in very useful. On arrival you... More

Accommodation isn't cheap on Arran so you have a right to expect value for money. Glenartney is a traditional, well-run and friendly small hotel handily located for most activities on Arran. We were able to find this dog-friendly hotel after searching online at short notice, and were happy with our room and our stay. The breakfast is very good. There... More

Arran is a fantastic place to visit and this B&B was ideal for us with a great location overlooking Brodick bay with Brodick castle and Goatfell beyond. Good breakfast and comfortable room. Unobtrusive staff and easy parking.

We spent a few nights at the Glenartney. It was very relaxed and the owners were very flexible with our booking due to a potential ferry strike (which was cancelled just before it happened.) Nice view of Goatfell from our room - which when the sun was out was beautiful. Easy walking distance to local attractions and Goatfell itself. There... More

The Glenartney has a fantastic location with views over the bay and only a three minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Brodick and a two minute drive from the ferry terminal The house is set in lovely gardens with an outside seating area and the whole building is well maintained and clean and Robbie and Angela couldn't be... We stayed only one night at the Glenartney but thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Felt like home, very comfortable and amenities for guests excellent, laundry facilities, wifi, breakfast and lounges all great. Loved the art work around the place too. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

If visiting Arran stay at The Glenartney. Location is quiet and beautiful, rooms nice and cozy and breakfast excellent. The guesthouse is located within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, ATM, and walking trails. Easy access by foot to Arran Brewery, The Heritage museum as well as the beach and a golf course.

Beautifully decorated house and lots of lovely art throughout. We had a lovely room and although we didn't have the view of Goatfell we did ask for a room with good wifi, and we got it. Our dog was made very welcome too, and if no guests objected was able to sit in the lounge. Even had a sausage in... More

I first noticed the Glenartney many years ago, but only just stayed there. The house is set above Brodick, so it's quiet and secluded. My room wasn't en-suite, but my bathroom was in the next room along the corridor, and featured a real bath. The whole place was clean and comfortable, with nice touches such as leaving cake slices out... More
