My husband and I, plus our son stayed at Carrick Lodge Guest House, Isle of Arran, Scotland, on Friday 19/9/14. The ferry is a 55 minute very pleasant ferry trip from Ardrossan, main land Scotland, to Brodick with Caledonian MacBrayne. This guest House is run by Mrs Faith Robertson. Ideally situated at a five minute distance by car from Brodick... More

We loved this guest house! Hosts were friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and our comfortable room had a splendid view. The guest lounge is a real bonus. Would be happy to return and can recommend.

Lovely sandstone building, easy to find and a lovely welcome from Faith. Rooms very well appointed , single room very small and quirky nevertheless comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent and the views from the rooms just stunning. No hesitation in recommending this B and B.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I stayed 4 nights in room 3 and had everything I needed. The dining room and upstairs lounge have great views overlooking the harbor and Goat Fell (on a clear day). There is also a nice garden with the same view. I could see Brodick Castle from my bedroom window. Room 3 has a... More
