Although I have stayed at 'Dunclutha before and was pleased with the service and accommodation, it was as a couple with my husband. This time I came as a widow and a disabled person full of trepidation about travelling and staying in a unfamiliar place on my own. With this in mind I couldn't have chosen a better place than... I stayed here recently while walking the Fife Coastal Path and it was a perfect B&B to rest my legs. The hot tub out the back was an unexpected added bonus. The room was very warm and comfortable but the welcoming and friendly nature of the owner really made the experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dunclutha. Our room was spacious and clean and there was a lovely sitting area downstairs for guests. Julie and Richard were excellent hosts who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even made reservations for us at a nearby restaurant. In the morning, we were served a delicious breakfast. We... More

We recently spent 2 nights in Dunclutha. The hostess, Julie, gives a really warm welcome and goes out of her way to ensure our stay was pleasant. The breakfast is very good - great porridge and haggis!

Julie, the hostess, went out of her way to make us welcome. Offered fresh milk for tea making. Provides home made shortbread in the bedroom and home made jams and marmalade on the breakfast table. Our bedroom was ensuite - not all are? It was good for a night but just a bit tight on space for our three nights... More

Large Victorian former manse with bubbly friendly proprietress in quiet but central location. The house and room were immaculate and the bed very comfortable. Wide choice of fare in the excellent breakfast, and unlike many B&Bs there's a comfortable resident's lounge to relax in. Parking is a bit restricted but that's the only minus point. Home made shortbread on hospitality... More

Had a great stay at Dunclutha. Julie and Richard made us very welcome. Lovely rooms and really comfy bed. Breakfast was really fine. Down in area at least once every two months and usually use another hotel but it was full, well it can be empty the next time as from now on will be staying in Dunclutha. Would recommend... More
