Spent the best part of a month at this guest house and couldn't recommend it highly enough! The rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily with fresh towels/biscuits/drinks and the food was wonderful! Such a spread on offer for breakfast - there was almost too much choice. Jean is happy to cater for any dietary requirements or any specific requests. Some... More

Lomond House is a lovely place to stay for a few nights, the land lady is very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy, looks as if the one we stayed in had recently been redecorated. All in all I would recommend it, being just a stones throw from the beach and well situated for touring Fife etc.

The whole place is perfect and so clean and fresh. Such a wide range of choice for breakfast, was really nice. Definitely feel looked after here. We will... More

Stayed here while in Leven for a wedding. We had quite a long journey but the owner was kind enough to allow us to check in at 11am so that we could get changed after our journey. In the event we arrived early, at 10.30am, and the room was still being hoovered so we were offered coffee and biscuits, and... More

stayed here for one night, lovely place, very clean, great breakfast and a friendly welcome. Comfy bed, nice location and very quiet. Would highly recomend this guest house which is a short walk to the promenade.

An absolute gem of a guest house in a very attractive conservation area. The owner - who is very well-informed about the local area, and the Coastal path in particular - was a pleasure to communicate with in advance and provided a very friendly welcome. Room was exactly as described and in excellent decorative order. Breakfast excellent. I cannot recommend... More

We walked nearly 13 miles to reach Leven, which is not large and does not have many choices of restaurants. As for things to do there... just being by the seaside is spectacular! But it does have an "above the norm" place to stay! It is just off the promenade far enough to be calm and quiet and it is... More

We stayed here 3 nights in September, 2013. Jean was helpful and friendly. The room was tastefully decorated and spacious with a king sized bed and a FULL sized shower - what a treat! Breakfast included the usual eggs, bacon, porridge, etc., but also fresh fruit and nuts. As an added bonus, she offers massages for £25, which we did... More

We have travelled for a month in Scotland and Northern Ireland and this is one of the nicest B&Bs we have stayed in. It is only a few doors from the beach in Leven and about a 5 minute walk into the town centre. We had a twin room with a double and single bed. It was very spacious with... More
