I really enjoyed staying with Mary - she is lovely and friendly and the room was immaculate. She was very helpful and made me feel welcome. I loved how lovely and quiet it was. Thank you so much Mary - I will certainly recommend you to anyone who may travel up your way.

I used Google map app and could find the location easily. Warm welcome; clean, well-maintained, tidy room with nice arrangements allover the room. A nice, large shower with hot water. Spectacular views around when get out of the room. The only negative point is that there was no breakfast, but had a good selection of drinks (coffee, hot chocolate, variety... More

We stayed one night here and wished we had been staying longer! It was a lovely clean, fresh room with great bathroom facilities! Mary went out of her way to be helpful and we felt very much at home! Car needed to access and the signage is not the clearest to see from the road, but once you find it,... More

Lovely one room B&B in beautiful countryside location. Our room was extremely clean, comfortable and private. Mary was very welcoming and helpful, and we enjoyed meeting Penny the Jack Russell and some newly born hens chicks! We will definitely be returning.

Mary and Penny were charming, the landscape awesome and it was funny to arrive there because it's not easy to find, but at the end it's worth driving in the narrow and foggy road! I will recommend everyone if it's not problem for you to stay far away from St Andrews.

My husband and I needed a b&b in/near Cupar and stayed here for 3 nights. The room is very comfortable and looks freshly decorated. Every detail has been attended to (Wifi, toiletries, bedding, water & coffee facilities, TV - all impeccable). Mary made sure we had fresh milk in the room every morning and was welcoming and helpful throughout our... More

This is a little hard to find. We went down the right road twice before going far enough to find this place. Nice set up, quiet location. Penny is always glad to meet new folks. Nice tea and Coffee Set up. we did not add breakfast to our stay. Our host was pleasant and ready to visit or leave us... More

We stayed room only for 2 nights when we went to the Ladies Golf Open in St Andrews. Mary is very warm and welcoming. The room has all you need and is very clean and modern. The setting for this little gem is in the open countryside, good views all round. On site Mary has black ducks and hens and... More
