This is decribed as a restuarant with rooms and lovely rooms they are. First clas decor and first class en suites. Restuarant highly reccommended great food, great breakfast. Pleasant and efficiant staff. Only drawback is you have to leave restuarant and go down lane and into courtyard to reach rooms. No problem except when it rains. Other lacking is parking... more

We have stayed at The Waterfront on two occasions in the last twelve months and have been very pleased with the rooms which are tucked away behind the restaurant. The initial view of the accommodation down a rather dreary path is soon forgotten when you reach your room. Clean and modern furnishings. We breakfasted in the hotel which was ecellent... more

After we walked out of another Anstruther hotel is disgust, we happened across the Waterfront. What a find. The gentleman on the restaurant till was very helpful and checked us into a room. The room was excellent, clean, modern, comfortable, well appointed. The bathroom was large and spotless. Thick towels, good shower, nice array of toiletries. We ate in the... more

We stayed in the property situated above the Waterfront restaurant called "Harbour Views" for a week and cannot praise highly enough the standard of the accomodation, it's situation; (it certainly lives up to it's name), and the staff. Everything was impeccable from start to finish; even a small glitch with the hot water was attended to quickly and efficiently. Chris... more

The restaurant was very good with reasonable prices, and the breakfast was good as well. The rooms were comfortable and modern - and the bathrooms were luxurious. In june there were no problems with parking, lots of places in the parkingplace opposit the hotel. Misleading picture over the garden on the website. It was very small and shady with only... more

This accommodation is behind the restaurant and we had three rooms in the Grainary. The common area was very good with kitchen facilities, dining area and lounge room with a large TV. The rooms were very well furnished with huge beds. The family room had double bunks with their own TV sets, one of which didnt work. The carpet on... more

we had a room to sleep a family of 4. The double bed was very comfy . I wish we had had small children with us as the children's beds were lovely. They were bunk beds half hidden in an alcove, each with their own built-in TV at the foot of the bed !!. The Waterfront offered the rental of... more

Have just returned from the waterfront and absolutely loved it. It is situation just across from the harbour and is in easy walking distance of beach, harbour and shops. The accomodation itself is very modern and spotlessly clean. There is a communal area which is beautifully decorated consiting of lounge area, dining table and kitchen (with washing machine and tumble... more
