A warm welcome with a pot of tea from an elegant china set, lovely homemade biscuits and friendly chat in an amazing unique vista room with grand piano. I went on a friend's recommendation and was not disappointed. Anna and Ken are fabulous, we arrived late but they welcomed us in with tea and it only got better from there. The warm welcome and care Anna and Ken gave us over the weekend was fabulous and lived up to their reputation. The welcome was lovely.You get a warm , cosy feeling in anna's house. Ken and Anna were the friendliest people you could meet.The food was amazing-her amazing scones and potato bread.She recommended some brilliant places to go and made our stay a pleasure.We will definitely be back.Amazing views and a beautiful place to stay.

We were enchanted with Anna and Ken. Their house is lovely. The communal sitting room overlooks a small lake and fields of sheep.
