A warm welcome with a pot of tea from an elegant china set, lovely homemade biscuits and friendly chat in an amazing unique vista room with grand piano. Our stay was comfortable, relaxed and peaceful. The beautiful linen sheets have to slept in to be fully appreciated. Breakfast was thoughtful and comprehensive including fruits and cereals before our full Ulster... More

I honestly can't remember the last time I stayed in a B & B, but can say with conviction that I will never forget my first experience of Anna's House. My wife arranged everything as a birthday surprise for me (a day's sightseeing on the Ards Peninsula, dinner at Balloo House (of which more detail elsewhere), followed by an overnight... More

I went on a friend's recommendation and was not disappointed. Anna and Ken are fabulous, we arrived late but they welcomed us in with tea and it only got better from there. The room was great with all the facilities you could need. The communal area to sit and absorb the views of Northern Ireland was amazing. The breakfast alone... More

The warm welcome and care Anna and Ken gave us over the weekend was fabulous and lived up to their reputation. Despite our late arrival from the airport, we were welcomed with tea and freshly baked biscuits. Each morning we had a delicious (and large!) breakfast including apricots with ginger, fresh fruit salad, cereal, juice, freshly baked bread and scones... More

I was looking for a B&B near Comber for a work visit and found Anna's House on Tripadvisor. What a find! I got a lovely welcome, Anna was kind enough to check the local hotel for food options and when I got back after a nice meal it was to a comfy and spotless en suite room, with my own... More

We stayed for 2 nights in June with my wifes parents over from Australia and had a lovely time. Anna welcomed us with tea and home made biscuits, the bedrooms were lovely and Anna and Ken really made an effort to make us feel at home and couldn't do enough for us. For breakfast we tried the Ulster fry, omlette,... More

We were enchanted with Anna and Ken. Their house is lovely. The communal sitting room overlooks a small lake and fields of sheep. Our room ( the green room) was quite comfortable and we made great use of the sitting area right outside it. Breakfasts were quite filling and generous and our hosts could not have been more hospitable! (... More

After reading lots of great reviews on this place we were so looking forward to a lovely "luxury, organic bed and breakfast" which we feel really didnt live up to its name. Whilst Ken and Anna are a friendly, helpful elderly couple and clearly love what they do the bed and breakfast is no longer as it reads on paper. On our arrival... More

Returning to Northern Ireland we had to stay with Anna and Ken again. Their friendliness and hospitality is wonderful. The standard of accommodation and breakfast is all we could want and more. The freshly brewed coffee and biscuist straight out of the oven upon arrival sets the standard of service and care that continued throuh the three days of our... More
