I stayed for a friends wedding in the Garden suite for UKP70/night, a gorgeous room with a great view in a wonderful, sprawling old hotel in a beautiful spot. The breakfast was fantasitic, big log fires are always burning, the staff were simply unbeatable- we had to check out at 04.30 in the morning and they arranged a breakfast for... more

The were only 2 things that spoilt our visit. One was that the drinks were very expensive - London prices. The other problem was that our room - although very pretty with 2 single four-posters and a nice TV - smelled of stale cigarettes. It was a non-smoking room but the smell was clinging to curtains etc. The food was... more

I have stayed in many country inns over the years and the Old Inn must rank amongst the very best. The service is both efficient and friendly, the bedrooms are nicely furnished and quiet and the public rooms are extensive and very warm and comfortable. I would really recommend this hotel. more

I booked a last minute night away for my husband and I with laterooms.com and got a great deal of £50 a night in the Old Inn Crawfordsburn (including breakfast.) I was so impressed from the moment I arrived. The staff were lovely and the hotel had such a charm that we settled in really quickly. We opted to eat... more

We stayed at the Inn as a treat having stayed there on a previous occassion. Had booked a Junior suite for the Saturday night stay but when I received my booking confirmation by email I didn't pick up that the booking had been confirmed for the Friday until we went to check in on Saturday!! I thought that the nightmare... more

We recently stayed at the Old Inn and I have to say that it was the worst hotel experience I have had. Let me start by saying that the hotel is beautiful. It really is an amazing sight with fantastic looking rooms, grounds and gorgeous scenery. Thats where the good points end however. The hotel is noisy and the staff... more

Stayed for one night on business and it was a delight to get away from those usual well branded but faceless, corporate hotels and stay somewhere with lots of character and a warm, friendly welcome. Room (1690) was full of character too, including a flat screen tv, nice bathroom and charming bed. Dinner was excellent as was breakfast. I'm surprised... more

We stayed here in June this year and I have to say I absolutely adored it. After recently staying in a so called 4 star hotel elsewhere in Northern Ireland it made me realise just how spectacular The Old Inn really is. Our room was beautiful - Spotlessly clean and so cosy and original - It was also a brilliant... more
