We left our iPhone charger behind. The hotel staff found it and said they would post it back to us. 8 phone calls later and still the the reply was we will send it tomorrow. Now they refuse to answer to our calls. Bunch of no good thieves

We booked here as the pictures showed a basic, clean and reasonably proved B&B in a location convenient for our purposes. When we arrived we soon found that the pictures on the internet bore absolutely NO RESEMBLANCE to reality! There was a shipping container and abandoned car on the front drive and things only got worse once we ventured inside.... More

I read reviews for this place before booking, some weren't great but I booked anyway. Yes the room maybe needs a lick of paint and some repairs also needed but on the whole it was comfortable. At the end of the day, all I wanted was a comfy bed, a decent shower and a good breakfast. I got all of... More

We stayed four nights at this guesthouse, and had two rooms (one twin and one double - both en suite). The good things outweighed the not so good, and as it was very good value one has to say on the whole this guesthouse was not a bad place for a four night stay. The rooms were large and well... Lovely, filling breakfast. This place offered the best deal for a family of five. It was close enough to see the giant's causeway then Belfast for a two day trip....right between them. Friendly staff.

Stayed here for 1 night when attending a wedding at a nearby hotel. The accommodation was definitely dated. A few scuff marks here and there in the room. Saying that the room was spotlessly clean and had all we required. Had a good fry for breakfast and Trevor and his staff were very friendly. We were happy with our stay... More

Unfortunately had to stay there as we could find any free rooms in Ballymena (!) Although the leaflet in the reception room says something about luxury modern rooms, we didn't see any. When they clean rooms they just change towels and empty the bins. Our room has probably not been dustied for ages. Plus, when we arrived the lady could... More

Stayed there one night in May 2014 with my hubby, 20-year-old son, and my mom. We had 2 rooms. Pros: Staff was lovely - helpful and courteous. Our room on the top floor had a charming window looking out onto the street. We were able to adjust our booking a bit so my mom could have a room on the... More

I were booked in here unfortunately wish I hadn't, the smell of damp in the air as soon as you enter I were asked for payment up front before being shown the choice of two rooms by an eastern European woman. The first were on the fisrt floor at the front of the house which is located on a busy... More
