My partner and i stayed here for the one night around valentines day. The hotel its self is amazing!! Check in was very swift and staff welcoming. The room was superb huge bed, great bathroom facilities and river view. We used spa facilities which were great with good changing and shower area with hair dryers available. We had an evening... The staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and humourous and made us feel so welcome and special. The hotel, pool & breakfast were wonderful and the meal in the River Room was memorable. We will be back.

Having just returned from a 2 night stay at the Galgorm, i am already dying to return. For a 5" hotel, the hotel had a perfect balance of professionalism yet friendly and laid back atmosphere. We were there for a wedding anniversary, and upon settling into our room, the porter arrived with a card and 2 beautiful cupcakes! The staff... More

My boyfriend treated me to a night in the Galgorm in January and we both had a great time. We spent the day and next morning relaxing in the spa area. There was construction going on directly beside the outdoor jacuzzi and outside our balcony, so I imagine the setting is more tranquil when this is finished. However, it didn't... More

We visited the hotel using their one of their mid-week offers. As a treat I went for one of the junior suites and was absolutely delighted with both the hotel and the quality of the service. The suite was fantastic, really comfy bed, first class bathroom, and a beautiful view from the balcony. During the trip, we also made use... More

I write this review in the room, unwilling to leave. On arrival the management sent us up a bottle of champaign and two cup cakes for our 11th stay, that touch alone blew my wife away. For me, a recent stay in the Lough Erne resort, just doesn't compare. This hotel is classy, thoughtful and an experience to savour. This... More

Just back from a break at the Galgorm with my boyfriend. As always it was absolutely fantastic!!! The staff were welcoming and chatty from the minute we walked in and the little touches of having your luggage taken to your room make it feel more luxurious. We had a superior river view room which was lively to wake up to.... More

The staff were lovely they couldn't be more helpful but the room itself was average. My fiance and I booked this mid week break with a gift voucher we had been given for our engagement party. I had been to Galgorm twice before and was really looking forward to returning but was disappointed by how the standards of the room... More

This our second visit to Galgorm and I was fantastic again! The reception staff were warm, welcoming and professional, and they had us checked in promptly. Our room was fantastic. It had beautiful lake views, a gorgeous comfortable bed, the roll top bath was lovely and the added bonus of being able to open the bathroom shutters was a novel... More
