My partner & I visited for our second time. From the moment we entered the hotel reception we were greeted by concierge staff member Paul - who had remembered us from our previous stay. Our room was clean and had a great balcony with view. For lunch we are in Gillies and dinner in Fratelli. Both times food and service... More

Brilliant hotel and lovely setting. Grounds so well looked after and lovely water falls.Staff friendly and helpful. Very busy hotel with weddings and visitors. Spa was fabulous and food in Gillies was scrumptious . Bedroom clean, beautiful decor and good size, but very hot needed aircon badly as room was so hot which effected my sleep .,A small noisy fan... The service and facilities at this hotel are very good. As a result of this the venue is very popular with wedding parties, which by their nature tend to be noisy good humoured events. There can be a number of weddings each day. The noise from the evening disco and revellers was clearly audible through the double glazing well after... More

Myself, my husband, family and friends stayed here for my 40th birthday. We stayed in the Hotel, used the Spa, ate in Gillies then had Afternoon Tea in the River Room the next day. It was wonderful, a really special way to spend my birthday. The Spa has the WOW Factor, from the pool with hydrotherapy jets, through the sauna... More

Great location by the river and excellent service. Brilliant facilities with friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic food. And all this within close reach of the Antrim coast. This hotel is simply an excellent ambassador for Northern Ireland! We'll be back as soon as we can.

My partner and I loved the spa and meal last year when we stayed, so we booked the Summer Escape deal this year (full use of spa, 4 course meal and bottle of wine, breakfast). The key card system wasn't working and so there was a member of staff on each floor to let us in; not really a problem... More

I have stayed here now twice, once with a young baby & again with a group of friends. Both times I can no fault. Great sized rooms with the most comfy beds, good food (lunch & dinner in Giles), lovely atmosphere around the bar at night, beautiful grounds and the access to the thermal spa is what sets this hotel... We got married here in April 2013 so it was only fitting we returned for our first anniversary and I wasn't disappointed. Our room was kindly allocated as the same room we had stayed in for the three nights after the wedding and a happy anniversary card was in the room for arrival which was a lovely touch from the... Just back from an overnight stay in Galgorm and was without doubt the best hotel experience we have ever had. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty by all the attentive, courteous staff. Following a quick check in, the porter took our bags and brought us to our room and gave us a run down of all... More
