Stayed in the this hotel just for one night. It is in the centre of Ballymena which is great. Its a beautiful hotel inside. Staff at the desk were lovely and very welcoming. Our room was fine, spotlessly clean with plenty of pillows and towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was tasty and again, the waiting staff were lovely. My only... More

We visited the Adair Arms in July as we were attending a wedding at the Galgorm Resort and wanted a more affordable option. When we arrived on the morning of the wedding enquired about somewhere to leave our bags as we were about 3 hours early. We were told by the lovely staff that we could have early check in... More

I stayed here and was really impressed with the service. The hotel staff could not do enough for me. When I got up late, they had the kitchen make me up a breakfast and they gave me a late check-out when I requested same. The room was clean and tidy and served its purpose. The bar staff were lovely and... More

My wife and I recently booked a room for one night to attend a function outside the hotel. We arrived back at 1 a.m. to discover a constant hum which we were unable to source or control ( we suspect air conditioning on the roof). We got no sleep and no apology following our complaint on leaving. Very disappointing, beware... More

Adair Arms was a decent choice for central Antrim County. The staff was helpful, on site parking, and free internet were a plus. Our room was a nice size with a roomy bathroom, but I would not call it a suite (though they do). The bar is large and has entertainment on weekends. This proved to be a problem since... More

Stayed here last weekend for a wedding. The hotel is lovely inside and the staff are very friendly. The room itself was cosy clean and tastefully decorated. I have stayed in many hotels 4 and 5 star hotels and my boyfriend even said this was one of the best we have stayed in for staff service. The breakfast was great... More

We stayed at the Adair Arms on 11-May. It was a great stop just north of Belfast. We enjoyed a very peaceful and restful sleep; the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great and plentiful. All of the staff were pleasant and professional. The parking was free and located in their own car park behind the hotel. We would... More
