I was here with friends for a birthday meal, the service was okay but they didn't get most of our orders correct, the food was okay I guess, it could have been a bit warmer. the seating is grand enough. my opinions on the toilets is that they don't smell that nice.

I bought my husband tickets to a show at The Braid for his 40th birthday and we decided to make a night of it and spend the night. We booked into the Adair Arms who were offering a special January deal - £100 for 2 people sharing with a 4 Course meal and breakfast. It was snowing heavily when we... More

Have stayed in this hotel several times and eaten in the restaurant many times and have booked clients into it on a couple of occasions as it would be one of our 'local' hotels. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful, the rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Have found the restaurant food good value for money and well... More

Three of my family decided to go here for an evening meal last week. As the new year rush was over the restaurant was only about a third full. In spite of this the service was poor, and it took quite a while for our food to appear. The latter was disappointing. My chicken maryland did not contain all the... More

We decided to eat out on New Years Day so that no one would have to cook. We had heard that this was the place for good food. A table of 8 - 5 adults + 3 kids. We sat down at the table at 5pm and our order was taken about 5.15pm. We all just ordered main courses. By... More

Dear Dunris I am disappointed to read about your recent visit on New Year’s Day, but want to thank you for bringing it to my attention. I am particularly concerned that you did not experience our usual high standard of food and service, which we work hard to maintain. We use fresh produce from local suppliers, were recognised at the... More

Went here with visiting friends. Had been in for another event and had seen someone with the mixed grill which looked good. I ordered it and was well pleased with it. Big portion which I just about managed to eat. The steak and sausages were very well done but that suits my taste. Wasn't asked how I wanted the steak... More

Lovely experience. I find it hard to eat out being vegan but the chef from Adair Arms went out of their way to accommodate me with a large selection of freshly made savouries and pastries. If you have special requests, just contact beforehand. Great service, relaxed and cosy.

Had a midweek dinner here before a theatre show with a group of 11 people. I chose the special of Turkey & ham. My food was hot and was a very good sized portion. It tasted great and I had plenty of veg, potato and lots of cranberry sauce. Our waitress Sylvia silver served chips and sides at our table... More

Spent Friday and Saturday night at this town centre hotel in Ballymena. Rooms are comfortable and staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast on Sunday morning was buffet style - and to be honest it was actually better than the cooked breakfast served on Saturday morning. When i visit Northern Ireland and see a cooked breakfast advertised, there are certain expectations.... More
