I can honestly say that this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are amazing, the food is wonderful and I can't say enough about how brilliant the staff are! more

The BallyGally Castle is in a great location, beautiful sea views, and should be a great place for getting away from it all and as a base for exploring the breathtaking scenery around, however, before booking check if there is a wedding during your time of stay here. im not a killjoy, and when i go to a wedding reception... more

This is a hotel I will definitely come back to - and will recommend to all my friends. It has such character and history, and is the perfect place to relax. Everything was fabulous: I treated myself to the Garden Suite, which had views over the beautiful walled garden and was a lovely bright, comfortable, and clean room. The food... more

We have just returned from a mid week break at the lovely Ballygally Castle Hotel and to say we ‘enjoyed’ the experience would be an understatement. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel individual, special and valued by all the staff, from the receptionist and managers to the bar and restaurant staff,... more

£2.50 for an espresso coffee, very expensive in comparrison with like hotels in N.Ireland. The owners of the hotel have done a great job with the character of the Castle flowing throught the hotel. To pay for this however - be sure you have your hard earned money stripped from you at every oppertunity. Awful value for money. more

We decided to get away and visit the Antrim Coast, esp Glenariff falls. Thought it would be good to stay at the Hastings group hotel nearby over nite than drive home same day. Room we had looked like it needed a makeover quickly, Bathroom was dark and dingy to see. Thought we would have a bar meal, bad idea. Mushy... more

Myself and the hubby stayed here for a one night break on May day weekend 2009. I must say that we both adored it and I have not really got anything bad to say in this review. The hotel has a really lovely ambiance. It’s warm and cosy as well as being stylish and eye-catching. It also has a lovely... more

We stayed on a Thursday night and enjoyed our stay. We booked an executive room which was a good size and very clean, as was the bathroom. Nice views of the sea also. The location of the hotel is nice with a small beach opposite. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and the food was fine, nothing extraordinary.... more

This hotel was the big disapointment of our trip. The Bedroom was decidedly average and slightly shabby, the superking bed was not only uncomfortable, but took up so much space it made an average size room feel small, with no room to move around. It took 3 attempts to get staff to fix a light, one of the pillowcases had... more
