The room was basic and staff were terrible especially at breakfast. Had to enter a small room in where a man was sat behind a desk smoking which I deduced was reception. Admittedly he showed me to my room but did not offer to open door for me despite being laden with bags. The breakfast staff we plain rude. Do... More

we have just stayed here for 2 nights, the room was clean and check in painless. Breakfast was ok. Free wifi didn't work in our bit of the hotel which was disappointing but as it was the weekend it could not be sorted.

I stayed here for one night with my husband and 5 month old baby. We arrived at around 6pm, there was ample parking, no problems checking in and we were shown to our room. The room was small and basic but clean and comfortable, we had requested a cot which was set up ready for us to use. Nice big... More

Personally shown to our room which was clean, comfortable bed, slept really well, shower was excellent, enough room in cubicle and i am 100 kgs (16 stone!), water pressure and temperature perfect, one of the best i have had. Bedside light did not work, no big problem. Funny sweet smell in corridors but you only walk through so no problem.... More

On arrival the reception was not manned at 1600 after about 10 minutes a lady appeared and gave us the key to room 11. The room was small and basic clean. The whole experience was let down by the lack of maintenance. The bed side light was inoperative Bathroom mirror illumination was inoperative Hot and cold taps dripped contiuously Extractor... More

Was like going back to the 80's! In desperate need of updating. Smallest TV I have seen for a while Room in need of redecorating. Very dusty Breakfast was nice, cooked but they ran out of brown bread!

The foyer smelt of a mixture of air freshener and sick. Staff were near on impossible to find. The room was ok and the bed was comfy but the bathroom was very poor. The breakfast was mediocre at best. I would definitely steer clear of this place it's got nothing going for it whatsoever.

Stayed for a week in a family room late August, two adults two children. Found the welcome spot on, offered information about the local area by our host and shown to our room. The room situated on the first floor was large, with en-suite and ample storage for all our luggage. Coffee and tea provided daily, again plenty for us.... More

Stayed 2 nights recently at this Hotel. The staff were helpful & friendly , & gave us a disabled room , as requested. The room was a decent size & equipped with a disabled shower. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired ! Partly to blame was the fact that the extractor fan in the bathroom was not wired... More

We booked this literally last minute having been let down in Weymouth. It has to be said if you were looking for somewhere you would drive past as it doesn't look very welcoming from the outside and would be more appealing inside with an update.Having said that we were given two sea view rooms with friends which were comfortable, bright,clean...
