Just back from a 2 night stay and have returned impressed. Place is elegantly and stylishly furnished / equipped and with lots of nice touches. Food very good and pretty good value. We spent two nights at the Abbots House. The bedroom was delightfully furnished with so many extra details - books, fruit - one felt at home. Lying in the bath watching television was fun. The owners were charming, their cooking excellent and every time I turned round I found an ornament that echoed their excellent taste. more
