Lovely location and lovely owners. Room was ok, needs updating. Not very clean - sheets smelt of the last people. Dust everywhere. Toilet roll on holder was out of paper. Marks all over the walls, old tv, blinds that don't fit windows so day light creeps in. Pub closes at 12 and people are kicked out then. However bar staff... More

Stayed one night with a colleague . Rooms were great. Clean, warm and well appointed. Breakfast was lovely. The pub is a real ale drinkers haven. A proper pub with good staff and a friendly local crowd . The only slight let down if you are staying overnight is that there is no on site parking, but if you find... More

We stayed here on new years eve having booked four of the six rooms. From the moment we arrived the level of customer service was exemplary and the room standard far exceeded our expectations. Well done Landlord and Staff for all your efforts!

We were looking for somewhere to stay for 2 nights during the Bridport Lit festival and wow did we find it! The Tiger Inn, what a sparkling gem. Our friendly, fun-loving hosts Jacquie and Graham made us feel part of the family right from the start...which continued to a spot of 'Greek' dancing later on during the second evening. REALLY... Bridport, it has to be said, is hardly lacking in pubs. In fact, for a town of its size, it packs in quite a lot, from the astonishing Electric Palace theatre and cinema to no fewer than three fantastic butcher shops, including the oldest in the UK. And the pubs are, by and large good. But the Tiger Inn is... More

We walked for four hours through superb countryside to get here in time for England new Zealand game in November, we joked I hope they have some seats. It was heaving at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon, multiple screens in different places, covered seating outside, bacon rolls a plenty, and good bar service, and we got seats. Choice of welsh,... More

This is a popular pub which does B&B. The pub is located close to good restaurants, Bridport Arts Centre and the Electric Cinema. This is a pub so there is some noise from the bars and after closing time as people leave, best option is to join in and sample the range of beers before settling down for a good... More

This is the best boozer in Bridport by a country mile. Firstly it is independent and not a Palmers house like most of the area. Secondly they have a good range of five hand pulled real ales, mostly with a local west country origin, but from further afield as well - the beer is well kept and they are selling... More

Great real ales and cider, outside seating areas, clean, friendly and a must place to visit when in Bridport. You will have to look really hard to find and establishment to beat this. One note, They do not sell food.

We stayed for one night midweek whilst visiting friends. A lovely pub which unfortunately we didn't get to sample as we were out that night. Room was great, massive comfortable bed, big shower, funky furnishings, hair dryer, tea/coffee and a separate entrance. Had a great nights sleep and a top quality breakfast the next morning. Really great quality cooked breakfast,... More
