Beautiful Hotel extremely friendly staff made to feel very welcome, family room in stable block was lovely with 2 single rooms and beautiful double bed with space for cot. Crisp white sheets and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was also lovely. Highly recommend if you are staying in the stunning village

We were travelling from East Anglia and wanted to make an overnight stop after our long drive but not too far from our destination. We were able to book a Dinner Bed and Breakfast deal at the Bridge House Hotel. This included a courtyard room but we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a four poster room in the... More

Very relaxing weekend. Room 4 has an extremely comfortable king sized bed. Room slightly noisy over the dining room. Excellent food, and delightful staff attending to our every need. Hotel in good location for coast or countryside.

Lovely quaint, romantic hotel. Service could not be faulted. Lounge bar and dining room really nice and cosy with open fires. The evening meal was delicious and included canapés with our pre-dinner drinks in the lounge bar. We enjoyed a 2 night stay in room 4. Lovely room with many old/original features. Whilst there we enjoyed coastal walks near West... More

Visited for Sunday Lunch. Very pleasant surroundings and good service. The Roast Beef was excellent , delicious gravy and perfectly cooked vegetables. The creme brulee dessert served with thin crisp shortbread was among the best I've tasted. Will definitely return!

We had a lovely stay in a beautiful four-poster room in the hotel. The cleanliness of the place was faultless and there was a complimentary and welcome cup of tea on our arrival. We took dinner in the hotel on one night of our stay, which was great and beautifully cooked. The breakfasts we had were excellent in quality, although... More

Starting with tea and delicious homemade biscuits, an excellent evening meal (the megrim sole was perfectly cooked) and finished with an wonderful breakfast this morning. The room we had was well appointed... More

lovely cosy hotel, dog friendly and charming staff. Stephen, head chef, takes great personal interest in our likes and dislikes, but we managed to decline his speciality- snails for breakfast. All the food was excellent, whole brill with shrimps and caper was to die for. Only downside was some veg tired and overcookedWine list well priced and sensible. Everyone tries... More

We booked the BridgeHouse for our wedding in August this year and enjoyed a wonderful wedding day and an extremely relaxing weekend stay for all of the family. The staff are absolutely faultless at this hotel and go out of their way to please you. The food all weekend was delicious, Steve and his team do a great job. Because... More
